Study On The Correlation Between Rheumatoid Arthritis And Time Medicine In Jilin Area

Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic disease mainly caused by erosive arthritis,with repeated attacks.It has a high disability rate and unclear etiology.It cannot be cured.To conduct a correlation study between rheumatoid arthritis and time medicine in Jilin area,and to explore the time of onset and relapse of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Starting from the medicine of time,preventing the disease first,and preventing the disease from changing.Method: A retrospective study of the medical recorded of 500 RA patients,the cases come from patients in the rheumatology treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to February2019.Prospective study of medical recorded of 50 outpatients with RA(May 2019 to July2019).Recorded the gender,admission age,TCM syndromes,course of disease,onset of solar terms,recurring solar terms,etc.,calculate the composition ratio of the initial onset of solar terms,recurring solar terms,four seasons,TCM syndromes,course of disease,age of onset of RA patients,using a circular distribution Statistics and SPSS24.0 statistical software to analyze the data.Results:1?In the 500 patients with rheumatoid arthritis,81 were male(16.2%)and 419 were female(83.8%).A total of 157 patients had relapses,including 12 males(7.6%)and 145females(92.4%).2?Among the 500 patients with RA,56 patients were younger than 40 years old(9.2%),103 patients were 41-50 years old(20.6%),128 patients were 51-60 years old(25.6%),and176 patients were 61-70 years old(35.2%).47 patients(9.4%)were older than 70 years.3?Among the 500 patients with RA,200 patients had a disease course of less than 5years(40%),161 patients had a disease course of 6-10 years(32.2%),and 67 patients had a disease course of 11-15 years(13.4%),and 39 patients had a disease course of 16-20 years(7.8%),and 3 patients had a disease course of 21-25 years(0.6%),and 8 patients had a disease course of 26-30 years(1.6%),and 22 patients had a disease course of more than 30 years(4.4%).4? Among the 500 patients with RA,352 cases of damp heat syndrome(70.4%),50 cases of rheumatism syndrome(10%),48 cases of cold damp syndrome(9.6%),and 11 cases of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(2.2 %),15 cases of deficiency of qi and blood(3%),24 cases of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction(4.8%).Among the 157 patients with recurrence of RA,94 cases of damp heat syndrome(59.9%),rheumatism syndrome syndrome(16 cases(10.2%)),cold damp syndrome syndrome(29 cases(18.5%)),and 4 cases of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome(2.5%),Qi deficiency and blood deficiency in 6 cases(3.8%),and phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome in 8 cases(5.1%).5?Among the 500 patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the peak point of the first solar term is the Summer Solstice(P <0.05).Among the 500 cases of rheumatoid arthritis,the highest incidence of Mangong solar terms was 32 patients(6.4%),followed by 30 patients(6%)of Xiaoshu solar terms and 28 patients of Qingming solar terms(5.6%).Among the157 patients with relapsing rheumatoid arthritis,12 patients(7.6%)had the highest incidence of Mangong solar terms,followed by 10 patients(6.4%)of the Spring Equinox and Xiaoshu solar terms.6?Among the 500 first-time patients,131 patients(26.2%)had onset in spring,158 patients occurred in summer(31.6%),102 patients occurred in autumn(20.4%),and 109 patients occurred in winter(21.8%).Among the 157 relapsed patients,42 patients occurred in spring(26.8%),50 patients occurred in summer(31.8%),27 patients occurred in autumn(17.2%),and 38 patients occurred in winter(24.2%).7 ? Each of the 500 patients has a damp-heat syndrome in each solar term.The distribution of solar terms in damp-heat paralysis syndrome is believed to be the most common in solar terms of the Mangong solar terms,Summer Solstice and Xiaoshu solar terms.Conclusion:1?The season of the initial and recurring rheumatoid arthritis is summer.2?Rheumatoid arthritis is not a seasonal epidemic,but it is related to 24 solar terms.The high incidence of the first solar term is the Summer Solstice.The distribution of recurring solar terms is mainly due to the Mangong solar terms,Spring Equinox and Xiaoshu solar terms.3 ?
