Study On The Treatment Of Hysteromyoma By High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Ablation Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective In this study,the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in the treatment of uterine fibroids combined with Huayuxiaozheng Chinese Medicine to promote the absorption of necrotic lesions and inhibit the growth of residual lesions,Observe the changes of uterine volume,uterine fibroid volume,clinical symptom score,HB,CA125 and other indicators before and after treatment to explore the best conservative treatment of uterine fibroids.Method Patients with uterine fibroids who are to be treated with HIFU at the Haifu Treatment Center were randomly divided into the HIFU treatment group(HIFU group)and the HIFU combined with Huayu Xiaozheng Chinese medicine treatment group(HIFU combined with Chinese medicine group)according to the research criteria.For those who were separated and incomplete,the actual effective cases were 46 cases in the HIFU group and 45 cases in the HIFU combined Chinese medicine group.The HIFU group was treated with HIFU alone,and the HIFU combined with the Chinese medicine groupwas treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Capsule for 3 months after HIFU treatment.The uterine volume,uterine fibroid volume,clinical symptom score,HB,CA125 and other indicators were compared between the two groups after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment.Results(1)After 1 month of treatment,the uterine volume of the HIFU group was not significantly different from that before treatment(P=0.848),and the uterine fibroid volume and symptom scores were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05);The uterine volume,uterine fibroids volume,and symptom score of the HIFU combined Chinese medicine group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);there was a significant difference between the uterine volume and uterine fibroids volume between the two groups(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the difference in clinical symptom scores(P=0.700).Changes in uterine volume in the HIFU group are not considered to be related to the edema response after tissue degeneration caused by the thermal effect of HIFU;however,the uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume in the HIFU combined Chinese medicine group are significantly different than before treatment,and there are significant differences compared with the HIFU group It is suggested that the traditional Chinese medicine of Huayu Xiaozheng can promote the reduction of lesions.Symptom scores in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment.There was no significant difference in the difference in symptom improvement scores between the two groups,suggesting that both groups of treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids,and the effects are similar.(2)After 3 months of treatment,the uterine volume,uterine fibroidvolume,and symptom scores in the HIFU group were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05);in the HIFU combined Chinese medicine group,the uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume were significantly different.And symptom scores were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in uterine volume and uterine fibroids volume between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score differences(P=0.802).There was a significant difference in uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume between the two groups compared with before treatment.There was a significant difference in uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume between the two groups,suggesting that HIFU treatment and HIFU combined with Chinese medicine for uterine fibroids are effective,but After HIFU combined with Chinese medicine,the uterine volume and uterine fibroids shrink more,indicating that Huayu Xiaozheng Chinese medicine may effectively promote the absorption of coagulative necrotic lesions;the symptom scores of the two groups are significantly different from those before treatment,and the symptom improvement scores between the two groups The difference was not significantly different,suggesting that both groups of treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids,and the effect of improving symptoms is equivalent.(3)After 6 months of treatment,the uterine volume,uterine fibroid volume,and symptom scores in the HIFU group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The uterine volume,uterine fibroid volume,and Symptom scores were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05);uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume were significantlydifferent between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score differences(P=0.096).There were volume between the two groups,suggesting that HIFU treatment and HIFU combined with traditional Chinese medicine for uterine fibroids have obvious effects,but The uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume of the HIFU combined Chinese medicine group were reduced more than those of the HIFU group,and no fibroid recurrence or growth after HIFU treatment was found,which indicates that the Huayuxiao syndrome Chinese medicine may promote the absorption of coagulative necrotic lesions or It also inhibits the growth of residual lesions.The symptom scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment.There was no significant difference in the difference of the symptom improvement scores between the two groups,suggesting that the two groups of treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids,and the symptoms are effective.Conclusion The research results show that HIFU is a good method for treating uterine fibroids,but coagulative necrosis lesions are absorbed slowly.The use of traditional Chinese medicine for removing stasis after HIFU therapy may promote the absorption of coagulative necrosis lesions or both.It has the effect of inhibiting the growth of residual lesions,without obvious side effects,and is convenient to use.
