Summary Of Professor Ba Yuanming’s Experience In Treating Chronic Glonerulonephritis Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective : This research uses data mining technology to diagnose and treat chronic glomerulonephritis The clinical cases of glonerullonephritis were analyzed and studied retrospectively to explore the medication characteristics,clinical four diagnoses and the law of disease and syndrome treatment of Professor Ba Yuanming in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic nephritis,and to further explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking of Professor Ba Yuanming,so as to provide certain reference for clinical and scientific research in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of chronic nephritis,as well as the academic experience of senior Chinese medicine Inheritance and development provide the relevant theoretical basis.Methods:In this study,we collected,sorted and screened the cases of patients diagnosed as chronic nephritis in the outpatient department of Professor Ba Yuanming from January 2018 to December2019 of Hubei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,developed a standardized structured electronic case template entry system for outpatient chronic kidney disease,strictly followed the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select the eligible cases,and the graduate students entered the complete diagnosis and treatmentinformation.After the completion of the input,the relevant data needed for the research of this subject is extracted.According to the template provided by the data analysis platform,the relevant data is standardized and summarized in the excel table.Finally,the database is established in the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(v2.2.1),and the data mining technology is used for research and analysis.Based on the frequency statistics of Professor Ba Yuanming’s basic information of diagnosis and treatment of patients,prescription drugs and clinical treatment information of diseases and syndromes,this paper concludes that Professor BA’s high-frequency drugs for CGN treatment,drug attribute law,selection of prescription,TCM syndrome type,treatment and common clinical symptoms and manifestations of tongue and pulse of patients with chronic nephritis.The association rules of prescription drugs were analyzed to find the closely related drugs in the prescription to count the commonly used drug pairs and drug groups in Professor BA’s treatment of chronic nephritis.By hierarchical cluster analysis of prescription drugs and clinical symptoms,the common and witness symptoms,core drug pair and drug group compatibility rules were statistically analyzed.Results:227 patients were included in this study,with a total of 1630 visits.There are 101 males and 126 females.The age is mainly 30-59 years old,which is easy to see in all age groups,but high incidence in middle age.The prescription included in this study involves 212 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the first 14 core drugs with the highest frequency are Poria cocos,astragalus,dangshen,yam,Chuanshanlong,Cornus officinalis,distracted wood,phellodendron,Rubia,citronellaroot,raw rehmannia,Rosa laevigata,Euryale fruit,and Rehmannia officinalis.According to the statistics of the frequency of four Qi,five flavor and meridian tropism of 212 traditional Chinese medicines,it is concluded that Professor Ba Yuanming’s clinical treatment of CGN is mainly cold,warm and flat medicine;he likes to use the medicine of Gan Bu,and at the same time,the medicine of Xin San and Ku Xie is used to attack and supplement simultaneously without stagnation;the medicine of meridian tropism is mostly used in kidney,lung,spleen and liver.According to the statistics of the frequency of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor BA’s clinical treatment of CGN can make good use of the products which can promote the use of water and dampness,calm the heart and mind,strengthen the spleen and stomach,promote the use of water and detumescence,promote the growth of body fluid and nourish blood.According to the statistics of the frequency of clinical symptoms,we found that the symptoms of CGN patients were waist pain,frequent nocturia,fatigue,poor sleep,low back and knees.According to the statistics of the frequency of tongue and pulse,it is concluded that the tongue of CGN patients is mostly seen in light red tongue and thin white moss,and the pulse is mostly seen in fine veins.According to the statistics of the frequency of TCM syndrome types,the CGN patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Ba are mainly characterized by deficiency of Qi and Yin,deficiency of yin and fire,deficiency of kidney qi and accumulation of damp heat.According to the statistics of the frequency of common clinical concurrent diseases,it is concluded that the CGN patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Ba are mostly complicated with hyperuricemia,kidney stones,renal cysts,hyperlipidemia,etc.According to the statistics of prescription frequency,Professor BA’s clinical selection of CGN is mainly about the kidney protection category of the agreement Party,among which 2.3.7 is more common.According to the statistics of frequency of TCM treatment,Professor BA’s treatment of CGN patients is mainly based on Nourishing Qi and Yin,nourishing yin and reducing fire,clearing heat and dampness,removing dampness and strengthening essence.Based on the analysis of association rules,29 groups of drug combinations with high confidence and 24 groups of TCM syndrome and treatment association rules were obtained.Based on cluster analysis,the common clinical symptoms,12 groups of core drug pairs,drug groups and 3 groups of core prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion : This data mining study shows Professor Ba Yuanming’s experience in the treatment of CGN and the rule of selecting and using drugs.
