Study On The Rule Of Insect Drug Compounds In Treating Children’s Liver Diseases

Objective:To explore the data mining of insect drug compounds in the treatment of children’s liver diseases through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System and computer technology,we reveal the application rule of insect drugs in children’s liver diseases to provide the basis for the scientific and rational use of insect drugsMethods:From January 1,2008 to December 31,2018,by searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals,Wanfang Data and China Biology Medicine disc,the literatures containing insect drug compounds for treating children’s liver diseases were collected.The data mining methods such as improved mutual information method,association rules and entropy clustering of complex system were adopted to analyze the frequency of drugs,drug types,four properties and five flavors,meridian distribution,common drug pairs,potential combinations,new prescriptions and specific diseasesResults:126 insect drug compounds for treating children’s liver diseases are included in the study.There are 26 High-frequency drugs,including uncaria,stiff silkworm,radix paeoniae alba,scorpio,calamus,gastrodia elata,etc.There are 6 kinds of insect drugs,the frequency of use of calming-liver-wind insect drugs accounts for 78.54%of all the insect drugs.The study involves 17 toxic drugs,accounting for 7.91%of all the drugs.The drugs can be segmented into 18 groups,the high-frequency groups are calming-liver-wind drug,tonifying-deficiency drug,relieving-exterior-disorder drug,heat-clearing drug,etc.The four properties are mainly cold,warm and mild,the five flavors are mostly sweet,spicy and bitter,and they are mainly into the liver,spleen,lung,heart,stomach and kidney meridian.There are 18 groups of common drug pairs including uncaria-stiff silkworm,radix paeoniae alba-uncariae,radix paeoniae alba-stiff silkwonn,uncaria-gastrodia elata,poria cocos-calamus,etc.The study reveals 10 potential drug pairs and 4 new prescriptions.This study includes a total of 12 insect drug compounds for the treatment of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,the high-frequency drugs are calamus,cicada slough,keel,oyster,stiff silkworm,etc;the drugs are divided into 14 kinds,and the high frequency kinds are tonifying-deficiency drug,calming-liver-wind drug,relieving-exterior-disorder drug,heat-clearing drug,tranquilizing drug,etc.This study includes 76 insect drug compounds for the treatment of Tic Disorders,the high-frequency drugs are uncariae,radix paeoniae alba,stiff silkworm,liquorice,scorpio,etc;the drugs are classified into 16 kinds,and the high frequency kinds are calming-liver-wind drug,tonifying-deficiency drug,relieving-exterior-disorder drug,heat-clearing drug,drying-phlegm-and-resolving-phlegm drug,etc.This study has 38 insect drug compounds treating Epilepsy,the high-frequency drugs are calamus,scorpio,arisaema cum bile,gastrodia elata,stiff silkworm,etc;the drugs are split into 18 kinds,the higher frequency kinds are calming-liver-wind drug,tonifying-deficiency drug,heat-clearing drug,tranquilizing drug,drying-phlegm-and-resolving-phlegm drug,etc.Conclusion:The rule of insect drug compounds in the treatment of children’s liver diseases,is mainly for the combinations of stiff silkworm,scorpio,cicada slough,lumbricus,centipede and calming-liver-wind drug,tonifying-deficiency drug,relieving-exterior-disorder drug,heat-clearing drug,drying-phlegm-and-resolving-phlegm drug,etc.The drugs are mostly cold,warm and mild,and they are mainly sweet,spicy and bitter,going into the liver,spleen,lung,heart,stomach,kidney meridian.The commonly used drug pairs are mostly calming-liver-wind drug,tonifying-deficiency drug,resuscitation drug,and relieving-phlegm-and-regulating-Qi drug.Entropy clustering analysis shows that the potential drug combinations and new prescriptions are mainly to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,clear away heat and diarrhea fire,regulate qi and reduce phlegm,tonify liver and kidney,and calm the liver and eliminate wind.The curative effect and mechanism need further studying.In the treatment of children’s liver diseases,the insect drug compounds are mostly used in Tic Disorders and Epilepsy.In the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,the insect drugs should be combined with resuscitation drugs to calm the mind and digestive drugs to regulate spleen and stomach.In the treatment of Tic Disorders,we should pay attention to the compatibility of regulating-qi drugs.When treating Epilepsy,the attention should be paid to eliminate phlegm and dampness.Insect drugs can treat different liver diseases in children by combining with different drugs.There are rules to be followed in the treatment of children’s liver diseases with insect drugs,and their application in this field needs to be expanded to provide new methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of children’s liver diseases.
