Objective:I hope to demonstrate the heart-protective effect of QYYY basing the intercourse between heart and kidney theory,combining the mechanism of early renal damage and myocardial fibrosis in hypertension.I also hope to provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the wider application of QYYY in clinical practice.Method:SHR were randomly divided into four groups,namely the model control group,the valsartan group,the QYYY high-dose group and the QYYY low-dose group.There were 10 rats in each group.We removed the left kidney of the SHR and installed the osmotic micropump.Through osmotic micro pump(ALZA,USA)Ang II 1.46 mg/kg/d subcutaneous infusion 2 weeks,SHR models with insufficient renal function are established.The QYYY low-dose group was treated with QYYY suspension 2.1g/(kg·d)by gavage;the QYYY high-dose group was treated with QYYY suspension 8.4g/(kg·d)by gavage;the valsartan group was treated with valsartan suspension 27mg/(kg·d)by gavage;the model group was treated with normal saline of the same volume as the treatment group.The WKY rats were set as the normal control group and given the same volume of normal saline as the treatment group by gavage.The drugs were divided into groups for 8 weeks of intervention.After 8 weeks,the structure of rat heart was observed by echocardiography.The images were collected and relevant data were analyzed using 2D-STI software.The echocardiographic parameters observed included EF,FS,IVSd,LVIDd,LVPWd,LVPWs,RWT,and LVs Mass.The indexes observed by 2D-STI include GLS-A2C,GLS-A4C,GLS-LAX,GLS-Avg and GCS.The rats were sacrificed and their hearts were removed.Masson staining was used to observe the extent of heart tissue damage in rats.Results:1.QYYY can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.01 or P<0.05)in SHR with insufficient renal function,and the effect of high dose is better than that of low dose.2.QYYY can improve EF and FS of SHR with insufficient renal function(P<0.05),improve left ventricular systolic function and maintain normal heart function.The effect of high dose is better than low dose.3.QYYY can improve IVSd,LVPWd,LVPWs,RWT and LVs Mass(P<0.01 or P<0.05)of SHR with insufficient renal function.QYYY can keep the SHR's heart structurally intact.The effect of high dose is better than low dose.QYYY can not improve LVIDd(P>.05).4.QYYY can improve GLS-LAX,GLS-A4C,GLS-A2C,GLS-Avg and GCS(P<0.01 or P<0.05)of SHR with insufficient renal function.QYYY can improve left ventricular longitudinal systolic function.The effect of high dose is better than low dose.5.QYYY can reduce heart damage of SHR with insufficient renal function and reduce the degree of myocardial fibrosis.The effect of high dose is better than low dose.Conclusion:QYYY can reduce the degree of heart damage in SHR with insufficient renal function,improve left ventricular systolic function,and maintain the integrity of the heart structure and normal heart function.QYYY can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure of SHR.QYYY have a heart-protective effect on SHR with insufficient renal function.The effect of QYYY high-dose group was better than that of QYYY low-dose group.
