Objective:It is to investigate the effects of Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components on the expressions of PI3K,AKT and NF-?Bp65 and IL-6 of respiratory syncytial virus infected mice.Methods:Fifty BALB/c mice were divided into normal group,model group,Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components high and low dose groups,ribavirin group.After animal models infected with respiratory syncytial virus were established successfully,except the normal group,each RSV infected group was treated by Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components and ribavirin.The content of IL-6 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The expression levels of PI3K,AKT and NF-KBp65 mRNA in lung tissue of rats in each group were detected by Q-PCR.The expression levels of PI3K,AKT and NF-KBp65 protein in lung tissue of rats in each group were detected by immunohistochemical staining and western blotting.Results:Compared with the normal group,the inflammation in the lungs of the model group was significantly increased.The expressions of PI3K,AKT,NF-?B p65 mRNA and protein in model group were markedly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the lung inflammation in the high-dose,low-dose Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components and ribavirin groups was significantly improved.Compared with model group,the expression of PI3K,AKT,NF-?B p65 mRNA and protein in the high-dose,low-dose Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components and ribavirin groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between high and low doses Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components.The change trend of IL-6 content is also the same as the above indicators.Conclusion:The Qingfei oral liquid flavonoid components could effectively improve the lung inflammation of mice infected with respiratory syncytial virus,reduce IL-6 content,and the mechanism may be related to the reduction of PI3K,AKT,NF-?Bp65 protein expression.
