| Objective:To observe the effect of Mesalazine combined with Fuzi Lizhong Pill on ulcerative colitis of Yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney and its effect on HIFlaand SOCS-3 levels.This trial provides a reference for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis of Yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:Divided 120 ulcerative colitis of Yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney patients into therapeutic group and controlling group,adopted Fuzi Lizhong Pill combined Mesalazine for treating the therapeutic group and Mesalazine for treating the controlling group.Finally we observe the changes of the clinical effects,Mayo integral level、Baron endoscopy of intestinal mucosa level and inflammation index level,serum HIFlaand SOCS-3 levels between the two group.Results:The clinical overall effective rate of the therapeutic group is 96.67%.Effective power of the therapeutic group is higher than the controlling group(P<0.05).And the difference of the two groups in Symptoms score、Mayo score、Baron endoscopy of intestinal mucosa score、inflammation index score and serum HIF1α、SOCS-3 score was significant in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzi Lizhong Pill combined Mesalazine has good effects for treating the patients with UC of Yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney. |
