The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency By Fuzi Lizhong Decoction Through Retention Enema

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of retention enema of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction on treating Spleen Yang-deficiency and Kidney Yang-deficiency syndrome of mild-to-moderate Ulcrerative Colitis in patients with clinical symptoms, the mucosa lesion, life quality, safety, and the influence of the half year relapse rate, evaluating the clinical curative effect.Methods:The 35 cases of patients into standard of ulcerative colitis who visited digestive department outpatient and inpatient of Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in 10,2012-05,2014. Giving retention enema of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction once a night, once every two days 15 days later cincecutively for 3 months, and then the effective cases were followed up for 6 months.To detect disease activity score before and after the treatment using the improved Mayo scoring system,. And to adopt corrected Baron score standard colonoscopy under mucosa pathological changes of ratings before and after the treatment, adopt IBDQ scale to rate the quality of life of patient before and after treatment. Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, compared the factors before and after treatment such as the disease activity and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral, the mucosa lesion integral, the differences between the quality of life points, and observing recurrence 6 months in the same time.Results: ①In 16 patients who reviewed the colonoscopy compared the Mayo scores before and after treatment. The total effective rate was 87.50%, the Mayo score after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased. There is statistical significance of the treatment groups before and after treatment (P<0.01);②Before and after treatment in traditional Chinese medicine major symptom score,main points,and its integral and integral and comparison (P<0.05),were statistically different,the total effective rate was 90.63%;③Compared the Baron score Treatment of 16 patients who reviewed the colonoscopy before and after modification, mucosal lesions improved after treatment than before treatment,there is significant difference (P<0.01);④Compared the IBDQ rating scale,treatment before and after the intestinal symptoms,systemic symptoms,emotional function,social function of integral and intergral and comparison (P<0.01),all statistically difference,the life quality of after the treatment has significantly improved than before; ⑤Recurrence rate of followed 6 months was 14.29%,significantly lower than the current American salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of UC in the latter part which was 22.22%[1];⑥There was not found adverse reaction during Treatment and the follow-up period.Conclusion: ①There is can be relieving the clinical symptoms, reducing the disease activity, promoting the intestinal mucosa repair, improving patient quality of life by using the method of retention enema of Jiawei Fuzilizhong Soup,the treatment is safty and effectively. ②The Fuzi Lizhong Decoction which were based on warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen can Obstruct the recurrence after healing, reduce relapse rate in half year of ulcerative colitis.
