Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis (Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency) With Sishen Pill

Objective: To verify the therapeutic effect of self-made sishenwan plus or minus prescription on ulcerative colitis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods: In this study,72 patients(including shedding cases)diagnosed as ulcerative colitis in the department of proctology and outpatient service of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,all of whom were dialectically diagnosed as spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Divided into two groups,36 cases in each group,the experimental group was given oral administration of self-made sishenwan plus or minus prescription;The control group was given an oral administration of mesalazine for two months.After carefully observing and recording the improvement of symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after taking the medicine,the statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis,so as to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of the self-designed prescription.Results: A total of 70 patients completed the clinical observation test,including 1 case of shedding in the experimental group and 1 case of shedding in the control group,without any accident.Statistical analysis was performed on the data.Results: in the treatment of the main symptoms,there were significant differences in the four symptoms between the experimental group(sishenwan plus or minus group)and the control group(mesalazine group)(P<0.05),and the effect after treatment was better than before treatment(P<0.05).The response rates of the two groups were 91% and 74%,respectively.In the treatment of subtypes,there was a significant difference between the experimental group before and after the test(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the control group before and after the test(P>0.05).Conclusion: Through the data comparison,sishenwan and subtract prescriptions and salad lamictal for the primary symptom of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type ulcerative colitis patients all have certain effect,but the effect of the four gods pill and subtract prescription is better than the salad,and four gods pill and subtract prescriptions ofspleen and kidney Yang deficiency disease also have certain curative effect,and the salad lamictal can only primary symptom,treatment of ulcerative colitis for disease curative effect is not obvious.sishenwan plus or minus prescription is worthy of clinical promotion.
