Objective:to induce the flexion reflex of the lower limb flexor muscle(orthodynamic muscle)and antagonize the spasm mode of the extensor muscle of the lower limb(antagonistic muscle)by means of pain stimulation at the foot acupoint, and input the correct walking movement pattern.Gait parameters of time and space,Brunnstrom Stage evaluation(Tian Min),Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function score,Berg balance scale as indicators, observational studies on out after stroke Brunnstrom III period the influence of the lower limb motor function recovery.Methods:1.Study subjects:patients with hemiplegia who were diagnosed as ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke by tube bed doctors in the department of neurology and rehabilitation center of nanjing hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the second traditional Chinese hospital of jiangsu province from September 2019 to February 2020.2.Research methods:self-comparison before and after3.Interventions:All subjects were treated in accordance with neurologic routine and received rehabilitation treatment by the same therapist. On this basis, foot acupoint acupuncture intervention was performed once a day for 6 consecutive days.4.Evaluation index:Time parameter,Space parameter,Gait symmetry parameter,Brunnstrom stage evaluation,Fugl-meyer lower limb motor function score,Berg balance scale. The patients were evaluated 1 time before and 1 time after treatment.Results:1.From the perspective of time parameters:after treatment, gait cycle and support time on the healthy side were reduced; The swing phase and swing time of the healthy side increased, while the support phase decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The swing phase on the affected side increased, the support phase decreased, and the swing time decreased. The above results suggest that point pricking intervention can improve the lower extremity support and swing ability of the affected side.2.From the perspective of spatial parameters:after treatment, the step size of both sides increased, and the step size of the healthy side increased significantly, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The stride length and step speed increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).These results suggest that acupoint intervention can improve the walking ability of patients.3.From the perspective of gait symmetry parameters, the symmetry parameters of the supporting phase and the swinging phase of the healthy and ill side were improved.4.According to fugl-meyer's score of lower limb motor function, acupoint intervention can effectively improve lower limb motor function, improve patients'walking coordination, and improve lower limb flexure and extension functions.5.According to the score of Berg balance scale, needling intervention can enhance the balance stability of patients.6.From out the stage assessment(Tian Min)evaluation:to prick intervention are out III period in patients with lower limb out the stage has a role in promoting.ConclusionBy repeatedly inputting correct movement patterns into patients,point-and-shoot intervention can help improve the support and swing ability of lower limbs on the affected side,as well as the walking ability and balance ability of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.
