| Background:To study the clinical efficacy of Xu Duan Zhongzi Formula on patients with high prolactin oligospermia,observe the changes of sperm concentration,sperm motility,sperm morphology,serum sex hormones and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment,and to explore the possible mechanism of Xu Duan Zhongzi Formula on improving sperm concentration and serum sex hormones in patients with high prolactin oligospermia,so as to provide scientific basis for the clinical practice of Xu Duan Zhongzi Formula in the treatment of male infertility.Methods: Choose to male the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university clinic patients,diagnostic criteria in accordance with Gao Bi milk 60 patients with less sperm,rule out other causes(varicocele Ⅲ above giant adenomas,abnormal thyroid function,brain,etc.)caused by the sperm less,according to random number table method,randomly divided into 2 groups,each group 30 cases,observation group and control group,respectively,by syndrome differentiation treatment group given radix dipsaci seed treatment,a dose of daily,boiling water about 200 ml,mixing a blunt points in the morning and evening meal;The control group was given an oral bromocriptine tablet of 2.5mg twice a day for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Patients in both groups were given one course of treatment continuously.Observe two groups of patients before and after 8 weeks treatment,sperm concentration,sperm motility,sperm morphology,serum sex hormone(PRL,T)detection,spleen kidney essence deficient syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome score,and this study safety indicators for testing,after completion of treatment,respectively,were statistically sperm concentration,sperm motility,sperm morphology,serum sex hormone detection(PRL,T),spleen kidney essence deficient syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome score,analyze the results,and treatment after 3 months follow-up.The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(`x±s).Paired sample t test was used for intra-group comparison,and independent sample t test was used for inter-group comparison.Rank sum test was used for non-normal distribution,and chi-square test was used for grade data.Result:1.After clinical treatment for 12 weeks,compared two groups before and after the treatment,sperm concentration,vitality were increased(P<0.05),statistically significant difference,the treatment group of semen quality is better than that of control group(P<0.05),statistically significant difference;There was no significant difference in sperm morphology between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).2.Compare the two groups before treatment and after treatment,smooth pituitary prolactin were decreased(P <0.05),statistically significant difference;The decrease of pituitary prolactin level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After 8 weeks of treatment,the level of testosterone in the two groups increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The level of testosterone in the treatment group increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,there was no significant difference in testosterone level between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the clinical syndrome score of spleen and kidney essence deficiency in TCM significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The clinical syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.8% and 75.00%,respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions: 1.Compared with Bromocriptine tablets,Xu Duan Zhongzi Formula can effectively reduce the prolactin level of pituitary gland and maintain the stability of hormone level.2.Xu Duan Zhongzi Formula can maintain stable sex hormone levels and improve sperm concentration,which is an effective prescription for the treatment of high prolactin oligospermia.3.Xu Duan Zhongzi Formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and kidney sperm deficiency,and indeed have a certain role in clinical efficacy. |
