The Clinical Observation Of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Cold-heat Mixed Type)

Purpose: By planning the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,that is,with Banxia Xiexin Decoction Decoction treatment of the disease,and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation Jinghua Wei Kang capsule comparison,through statistical software for data analysis to determine the former treatment of chronic The clinical efficacy of non-atrophic gastritis(cold-heat mixed type).Method: From Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of 72 patients that were diagnosed with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold-heat mixed type)were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(36 cases),control group(36cases).In the clinical observation process,a total of 5 cases of shedding,so the actual observation of the number of cases: the treatment group of 33 cases,the control group of 34 cases.The treatment group was given Banxia Xiexin Decoction,the control group given Jinghua Wei Kang capsule,the two groups were 4 weeks.To observe and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms points,electronic gastroscopy,statistical analysis and comparison.Result:(1)In the treatment group,33 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases,effective in 24 cases,the total effective rate was 87.88%;The control group of 34 cases,markedly effective in 2 cases,effective in 25 cases,the total effective rate was 79.41%.The total effective rate was lower in the treatment group and the control group than in the control group(P <0.05).(2)Compared with the statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the drug intervention,P> 0.05,it can be compared.After treatment,the two groups of symptoms were improved,the treatment group compared with this group before treatment P <0.05,the treatment group to improve the more obvious,compared with the control group after treatment P <0.05,with significant differences.(3)After treatment for one course,endoscopy to take pathology showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 87.88% and 70.59%,respectively,which recovered 3.03%,0.00%,markedly 24.24%,17.65%,effective 60.61%,52.94%,ineffective 12.12%,29.41%.After the nonparametric tests,P was less than 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:From the above data can be obtained,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Indicating that Banxia Xiexin Decoction treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold-heat mixed type),can promote the healing of gastric mucosal inflammation,the effect was significantly better than Jinghuawei Kang capsule,more effective in alleviating discomfort,improve patient life Quality,and has security.
