| Objective:To observe the changes of plasma resistin level in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to explore the correlation between plasma resistin and the severity of coronary artery disease, anxiety and depression,so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for CHD with anxiety and depression.Methods:178 patients who underwent coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology of the first affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected.According to the results of coronary angiography and anxiety and depression score(SAS/SDS score),they were divided into four groups: normal control group(n = 42),anxiety and depression group(n = 29),CHD group(n =64)and CHD with anxiety and depression group(n = 43).The level of plasma Resistin was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The degree of coronary artery disease was evaluated by Gensini score, internationally recognized self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the psychologicalstatus of all the patients. The correlation between plasma Resistin and the severity of coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression was analyzed.Results:1.Compared with the four groups, there were significant differences in diabetes history,age,gender,HDL-C,cystatin C and IMA(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in smoking history, hypertension history,TC,TG,LDL-C,CRP,IL-6,homocysteine,ceruloplasmin and creatinine clearance(P>0.05).2.The serum resistin levels of the four groups were as follows: CHD with anxiety and depression group > CHD group > anxiety and depression group > normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of plasma Resistin was positively correlated with Gensini score and SDS/SAS score(P < 0.01).3.Coronary Gensini score was positively correlated with SDS/SAS score,Resistin level,CRP and ceruloplasmin, while negatively correlated with folic acid(P<0.05).4.SAS score was positively correlated with IL-6 and CRP,both of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical correlation between SDS score and IL-6,CRP(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The level of plasma Resistin in patients with CHD or anxiety /depression was higher than that in normal people, especially in patients with CHD complicated with anxiety / depression.2.Plasma Resistin level was positively correlated with Gensini score and SDS/SAS score, suggesting that plasma Resistin level may be related to Psychological-cardiovascular diseases.3.Coronary Gensini score was positively correlated with SDS/SAS score and CRP,indicating that anxiety and depression may be risk factors of coronary heart disease, and inflammatory response may be one of the mechanisms of coronary artery disease.4.Anxiety score was positively correlated with IL-6 and CRP,and inflammatory reaction may be involved in the occurrence of emotional disorders. |
