Clinical Effect Of Pu Qiao Yi Gong Decoction Combined With Quadruple Therapy On Hprelated Gastric Ulcer(Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Type)

Objective:To study the effect of "Pu qiao yi gong Decoction",combined with bismuth containing agent in the treatment of Hp infection related gastric ulcer(spleen stomach deficiency cold type).To provide basis for clinical efficacy and safety of "Pu qiao yi gong Decoction" combined with bismuth containing agent in the treatment of Hp infection related gastric ulcer.Methods:60 patients in digestive department of our hospital were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).When grouping,it should be ensured that there is no significant difference in the age,gender,average course of disease,(COX-2,NF-?Bp65,TFF3)expression levels of patients in each group,that is,equilibrium.The control group was given omeprazole enteric coated tablets for 6 weeks after 14 days of treatment.The treatment group was combined with "Pu qiao yi gong Decoction" on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks.After the course of treatment,the therapeutic effect index and safety test were observed.The patients who were cured and eradicated Hp under gastroscope were followed up for another 4 months to evaluate the long-term effect.Results:1.After the course of treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),but in the long-term effect,the recurrence rate of Hp in the treatment group was significantly reduced(P<0.05)2.After the course of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the curative effect of gastric ulcer and the long-term recurrence rate of the two groups were improved in varying degrees(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the expression of(COX-2,NF-?Bp65,TFF3)in the two groups4.were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.5.After the course of treatment,all laboratory indexes were normal,which reflected the safety of the treatment group in the clinical application of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection gastric ulcer.Conclusion:1."Pu qiao yi gong Decoction" has no significant difference in the clearance rate of Hp compared with the control group,but compared with the long-term recurrence rate,"Pu qiao yi gong Decoction" can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of Hp,which is worth popularizing.2."Pu qiao yi gong Decoction" is superior to the simple bismuth containing quadruple therapy in improving the TCM syndrome score of Hp related gastric ulcer(spleen stomach deficiency cold type),improving the cure rate of gastric ulcer and reducing the long-term recurrence rate.3."Pu qiao yi gong Decoction" is superior to bismuth only quadruple therapy in reducing the expression level of tumor risk factors(COX-2,NF kappab65,TFF3).4."Pu qiao yi gong Decoctionr" is safe and effective in the treatment of Hp related gastric ulcer.
