| Objective: In this topic,through the study of the tutor experience Fang Runzao Qingfei Granules in the treatment of children with cough,wind-dry injury lung syndrome,and the clinical efficacy of Sang Ju Yinqiao powder in the treatment of this disease is compared,for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children Lay the foundation for the treatment of cough syndrome differentiation,and provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease in dry and rainy areas.Methods: A total of 125 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected.A randomized and controlled research method was adopted.The treatment group was orally administered with Runzao Qingfei Granule,and the control group was orally administered with Sangju Yinqiao Powder.Through the comparison of TCM symptom score before and after,statistical analysis and evaluation of its effectiveness.Results: 1.The treatment group and the control group were compared before and after 1 week of clinical treatment,and the difference between the self-control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.After 1 week of treatment,11 cases were cured in the treatment group,29 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.66%;after 1week treatment,7 cases were cured in the control group,17 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective,7 were invalid For example,the total effective rate is 88.52%.3.The scores of the primary and secondary symptoms of the treatment group and the control group after 1 week of clinical treatment were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Observation of the clinical efficacy of this subject proves that the application of Runzao Qingfei Granule in children with cough,wind-dry injury and lung syndrome is significantly better than the control drug Sang Ju Yinqiao Powder.. |
