The Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Treating Cough Variant Asthma Of Syndrome Of Liver Fire Invading Lung With Qinggan Ningfei Prescription

Objective:Research the clinical efficacy of tutor’s experience prescription qinggan ningfei prescription in the treatment of children’s cough variant asthma with irascibility-induced lung syndrome,and preliminarily evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the prescription,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of children’s cough variant asthma,and better play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,a total of 72 cases conforming to the western medical diagnostic criteria for pediatric cough variant asthma and the criteria for Chinese medicine irascibilis and pulmonary syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with qinggan ningfei decoction,and the control group was treated with montelukast sodium masticatory tablets.Observe and record the clinical symptoms and signs of children before and after treatment and score them.Results:There were 63 cases,32 cases in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group.In the observation group,there were 3 cases of clinical cure,17 cases of obvious effect,9 cases of effective effect,and 3 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 90.62%.In the control group,there were 1 cases of clinical cure,8 cases of obvious effect,15 cases of effective effect,and 7 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 77.41%.This indicated that for the treatment of children’s cough variant asthma with irascibilis affecting the lung syndrome,the total curative effect of qinggan ningfei prescription was better than that of the control montelukast sodium masticatorytablets,after statistical analysis,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Qinggan ningfei prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children’s cough variability asthma irate lung syndrome,can effectively relieve cough,dry pharynx,sputum,irritability and other clinical symptoms,no adverse reactions were found in the study process,clinical application is safe.
