| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Yishen decoction on the related symptoms and laboratory indexes of the patients that those who are with primary nephrotic syndromein liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,nourishing liver and kidney,regulating qi and invigorating the blood as the principle of treatment.Furthermore,the evaluation on the clinical efficacy and the safety of Ziyin Yishen decoction in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome with liver and kidney yin deficiency can be objective and scientific.MethodsSeventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided with stratified random into the control group(n = 35)and the test group(n = 35).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,pulsed oral hormone treatment to be symptomatic treatment,and cytotoxic drugs if it was necessary,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Ziyin Yishen decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The experimental group and the control group were treated for 12 weeks continuously and take relevant records.The TCM symptoms,laboratory indexes and safety indexes of the two groups’ before and after treatments are analyzed statistically,so that to evaluate their efficacy and safety.Results 1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,TCM symptoms and laboratory indexes between the two groups’ before treatment(P > 0.05).2.In terms of the total curative effect,the total effective rate of the test group was 90%,and that of the control group was 76.67%.The difference was statistically significant,and the total curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.In terms of the TCM syndrome,the effective rate of the test group was 86.67%,while that of the control group was 63.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.4.After treatment,the TCM symptoms of the two groups were improved(P < 0.01),and the symptoms of lumbar spine pain,dry eyes,night sweats,five-heart fever,dry mouth and dry throat in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).In improving the symptoms of dizziness and dry stool,the test group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in improving the symptoms of tinnitus,facial or lower limb edema and red urine between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.After treatment,the two groups were effective in reducing 24-hour urinary protein,reducing urinary protein,reducing blood lipid and increasing albumin(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in renal function 6.In the course of the test,there was no significant change in the safety indexes of the two groups(P > 0.05).The ECG and stool routine + occult blood were basically normal,and there were no adverse reactions.ConclusionZiyin Yishen decoction was used to treat patients with primary nephrotic syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency,in improving the TCM symptoms of lumbar pain,eye dryness,night sweats,five heart irritation,dry mouth and pharynx,dizziness and dry stool.As well as reducing the quantity of 24-hour urinary protein,reducing urinary protein,reducing blood lipid and increasing albumin,the two groups were effective,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Both groups could improve the symptoms of tinnitus,facial or lower limb edema and red urine,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the course of the test,so the safety should be affirmed. |
