Purpose: The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Fuling Daoshui Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type nephrotic syndrome, with a view to promoting its clinical application.Materials and methods: The outpatient and ward electronic medical record system was used to collect patients with primary nephrotic syndrome diagnosed in the outpatient and ward of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to December 2019.According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria formulated in this study,30 patients were treated with basic western medicine as the control group;30 patients were treated with western medicine and treated with Jiawei Fuling Daoshui Decoction. In the treatment group, the course of treatment was 12 weeks.Observe the clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the two groups of patients, and statistically analyze the efficacy of TCM symptoms,24-hour urine protein quantification, plasma albumin, triglyceride, cholesterol, renal function, liver function, blood routine, and electrocardiogram in the two groups To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Fuling Daoshui Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type of primary nephrotic syndrome.Results:1.Analysis of the efficacy of Western medicine laboratory indicators: The urine protein quantification, plasma albumin, triglyceride, cholesterol and other indicators of the two groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Western medicine disease efficacy analysis: treatment group complete remission 4,significant remission 4,partial remission 18,ineffective 4,the total effective rate of treatment86.67%;control group complete remission 1,significant remission 2,partial remission 18,ineffective 9,total treatment Effective rate is 70.00%.This indicates that both groups of patients are effective after treatment, and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Total TCM Syndrome Scores: The symptoms and signs of the two groups of patientsimproved after treatment compared with before treatment. The total scores of TCM Syndrome scores were lower than before treatment, and the treatment group was more effective than the control group.4.Analysis of the efficacy of TCM symptoms: clinical cure 3,significant 10,effective 15,ineffective 2 in the treatment group, total effective rate of 93.33% in the treatment group;clinical cure 0,significant 4,effective 19,and invalid 7 in the control group. The efficiency is76.67%.This shows that the symptoms of TCM in both groups were improved before and after treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group.5.Safety analysis: There were no discomfort reactions in the two groups of patients during treatment, and liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(Scr,BUN),blood routine, and electrocardiogram were not abnormal before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Modified Fuling Daoshui Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type of nephrotic syndrome.2.Modified Fuling Daoshui Decoction can increase serum albumin, reduce urine protein and blood lipid levels in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type, delay disease progression, and improve clinical efficacy.3.Modified Fuling Daoshui Decoction does not cause adverse reactions such as abnormal liver function and renal function, and has good safety, which can be further clinically promoted.
