Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Zhibao Decoction In The Treatment Of Premenopausal Syndrome(Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Yin)

Objective:The main purpose of this project is to observe the effect of applying Ziyin Zhibao Decoction to treat female premenopausal syndromes and its effect on patients’ quality of life,to verify the safety,feasibility and effectiveness of Ziyin Zhibao Decoction for clinical use The evidence from Zhibao Decoction provides more evidence before and after menopause.Method:The 72 patients with pre-menopausal syndromes(liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)that met the inclusion criteria were grouped according to the random number table method,and were divided into a treatment group and a control group,each group including 36 patients each.Clinical experiments In the process,3 cases were lost in the treatment group,3 cases were lost in the control group,6 cases were lost,and 66 cases were actually enrolled.The treatment group was treated with Ziyin Zhibao Decoction plus or minus oral administration,and the control group was treated with Kuntai capsule orally.The comparison of TCM syndrome scores and changes in serum LH and FSH values between the two groups after 3 months was passed.Evaluation by statistical methods.Result:33 patients in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the proportions were 15.15%,48.48%,24.24%,12.12%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.88 %;There were 33 patients in the control group,2 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,accounting for 6.06%,30.30%,45.45%,and 18.18% respectively.The efficiency is 81.82%.The treatment group and the control group have better effects in the treatment of this disease,but the effect of the addition and subtraction of Ziyin Zhibao Decoction is more significant than that of Kuntai Capsule(P <0.05).The significance indicates that Ziyin Zhibao Decoction has a better effect on the treatment of various premenopausal syndromes(liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome).Conclusion: The effect of Ziyin Zhibao Decoction on the treatment of various pre-and post-menopausal syndromes(liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)is worthy of recognition.It can effectively make patients with hot flashes,sweating,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee weakness,blurred vision,upset and irritability,fatigue,fatigue,skin Itching and other symptoms are alleviated,and the quality of life of patients is guaranteed.And in terms of safety,it has the advantages of small adverse reactions and high safety,and can be further clinically studied.
