objective:This project collects clinical data of allergic rhinitis(AR)patients who meet the indications of subcutaneous immunotherapy(SCIT)and scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)for symptoms and syntheses before, during and after treatment, and records adverse reactions during treatment. The VAS scores of different treatment time were statistically analyzed, and the adverse reactions were analyzed,The efficacy and safety of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy with domestic allergen preparations were retrospectively analyzed.Metbods:From January 2006 to March 2017,patients Avith allergic rhinitis who received SCIT in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected. All patients were treated with domestic allergens for more than two years They were divided into 24-month group and 36-month group according to the treatment time.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to score patients according to their symptoms(nasal obstruction, nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose)and comprehensive situation. The time points of the score were before treatment,6 months,12 months,24 months and 36 months. The adverse reactions of SCIT were observed and recorded. Finally, the symptomatic VAS scores before and after subcutaneous immunotherapy were compared with the comprehensive VAS scores.and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed. Results:A total of 82 patients with allergic rhinitis who underwent SCIT were enrolled in this study,82 of whom were treated for 24 months and 43 in the 36-month group(included in 82 cases treated for 24 months). After 24 months of treatment, the VAS score of symptoms and the VAS score of comprehensive situation were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The VAS score gradually decreased with the increase of treatment time. There was no significant difference in nasal obstruction, nasal itching, runny nose and comprehensive situation between 6 months of treatment and 12 months of treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences between middle nasal obstruction and sneezing, nasal obstruction and runny nose, between nasal itching and sneezing, between nasal itching and runny nose. There was no significant difference between nasal obstruction and itching, sneezing and runny nose.In 43 patients treated for 36 months, the VAS scores of symptoms and comprehensive conditions after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores gradually decreased with the increase of treatment time. There was no significant difference in nasal itching, runny nose and general condition between 6 months and 12 months(P>0.05).The therapeutic effects of the four symptoms were significantly different between middle nasal obstruction and sneezing, nasal obstructioirand runny nose. There was no significant difference between sneezing and runny nose, between sneezing and itching, between itching and runny nose, between sneezing and runny nose.During the treatment of 82 cases,31 cases(37.80%)had local adverse reactions,51 cases(62.20%)had no systemic adverse reactions. The results of single variable chi-square test showed that the chi-square value was 4.878,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significantConclusions:1.Subcutaneous immunotherapy with domestic allergens can effectively improve clinical symptoms and quality of life.2.Domestic allergens have good safety in the application of subcutaneous immunotherapy.
