Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 69 patients with gastric stromal tumor treated by surgery in our hospital,to analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations, pathological immunohistochemistry and prognosis of patients with gastric stromal tumor,so as to provide accurate assessment GIST patients provide an objective basis for their condition and prognosis. Methods: To collect and retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 69 patients diagnosed as gastric stromal tumors in our department of gastroenterology and gastrointestinal surgery from January 2015 to January 2019.To call the patient himself or his family to ask the patient for follow-up review. Results: Among the 69 patients with gastric stromal tumors, there were 32 males and 37 females, aged 28-78 years old.26 patients(37.7%)underwent endoscopic surgery,19 patients(27.5%)under laparotomy, and laparoscopy. In 24 cases(34.8%),the maximum tumor diameter was 17 cm to 0.2 cm,68 cases(98.6%)were limited to the primary tumor, and 1 case(1.4%)had metastasis.Immunohistochemical results showed that the highest expression rate was 66 cases(95.7%)with CD34 positive,63 cases(91.3%)with CD117 positive,65 cases(94.2%)with DOG-1 expression, and 5cases(7.2%)with S-100 expression.,SMA expression in 19 cases(27.5%),CK expression in 3 cases(4.3%),Vimentin expression in 4 cases(5.8%),Ki-67 expression in 37 cases(53.6%).According to the Fletcher classification, there were 7 patients(10.1%)with high risk,18 patients(26.1%)with medium risk,24 patients(34.8%)with low risk, and 20patients(30.0%)with very low risk;relapse 8 Cases, including 6 males and2 females, aged 56-79 years;61 patients without recurrence, including 26 males and 35 females, aged 28-78 years. Conclusion: 1.The incidence of gastric stromal tumors is not significantly different in gender, with the middle-aged and elderly people as the main population.Clinically, discomfort such as abdominal distension and pain in the upper abdomen is the main first manifestation. There is a lack of specific symptoms.A certain percentage of people are found by physical examination.Regular physical examination should be advocated for the middle-aged and elderly people.2.The combination of endoscopy and ultrasound endoscopy can effectively improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors.3.The diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors mainly depends on histochemical examination.CD117,CD114,Dog-1 positive is the main theoretical basis for the diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors, but it does not reflect its prognosis.4.Surgical treatment is the main treatment for gastric stromal tumors, and endoscopic treatment is safe and effective.5.The prognosis is closely related to tumor size, mitotic number and other factors.
