| Objective:The effects of crude extracts of Yili dark bee propolis on the occu rrence and development of early artificial root caries in vitro.Methods:Deionized water,sodium fluoride(NaF),1.56mg·mL-1,0.78mg·mL-1,0.39mg·mL-1,0.195mg·m L-1 Yili dark bee propolis solution were treated to demineralize(94h)and remineral ize the process.Microscope Laser Confocal Microscopy and Material Mechanics Te sting Machine were used to analyze the depth of the lesion,the fluorescence penet ration,the maximal anxial load of tooth hard tissue were observed after 24 hours,7 days,14 days,and 21 days of PH cycle.Results:In the demineralization experi ment or remineralization experiment,the deionized water group was compared with NaF,1.56mg·mL-1,0.78mg·mL-1,0.39mg·mL-1,0.195mg·mL-1 propolis groups in fluorescence area,total fluorescence,average fluorescence and maximum deviation of the dentin film,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the NaF g roup was compared with 1.56mg·mL-1、0.39mg·mL-1、0.195mg·mL-1 propolis,whi ch had a statistically significant difference in fluorescence area,total fluorescence,and average fluorescence(P<0.05).In summary,Propolis concentration of 0.78mg·m L-1 had the best effect,followed by 0.39mg·mL-11 propolis,1.56mg·mL-11 propolis an d 0.195mg·mL-11 propolis had the weaker effects.Conclusion:Yili black bee propol is can inhibit the demineralization and promote remineralization of root caries. |
