Application Of Multi-parameter Ultrasound In Diagnosis Of Prostate Cancer

Objective:To explore the value of multi parameter ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer with clinical significance.Method : 116 patients suspected of prostate cancer were examined by multi parameter ultrasound and multi parameter MRI.Based on the results of transrectal prostate biopsy guided by ultrasound as the gold standard,the diagnostic value of multi-parameter ultrasound,multi-parameter MRI and multi-parameter ultrasound combined with multi-parameter MRI for clinically significant prostate cancer was analyzed.Results:There were 57 cases of SB diagnosed with prostate cancer in 116 patients,of which 43 were detected by mpUSS,45 were detected by mpMRI,37 were detected by mpUSS combined with mpMRI(tandem),51 were detected by mpUSS combined with mpMRI(in parallel)For example,mpUSS alone detected 6 and mpMRI alone detected 8.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of mpUSS in the diagnosis of prostate cancer are 75.44%,71.19%,and 73.28%;The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of mpUSS combined with mpMRI(tandem)were 64.91%,77.97% and 71.55%respectively;the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of mpUSS combined with mpMRI(parallel)were 94.74%,45.76% and 69.83% respectively.The area under the ROC curve is 0.716,0.701,0.702,and 0.714 respectively.MpUSS is the best diagnostic method for sensitivity and specificity.According to the Gleason score grouping,the three diagnostic methods were compared for the diagnosis accuracy of patients with Gleason score ?7.There was no statistical difference between the three methods in each group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:mpUSS can be used as an imaging examination for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.And mpUSS has the best sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis.Can be used as an early diagnosis of meaningful prostate cancer diagnosis technology,can guideclinicians to early diagnosis and treatment of meaningful prostate cancer.
