Objective:To investigate the relationship between postoperative prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and neutrophil-to-lymphocyteratio(NLR)inperipheral blood. Methods:Nearly 10 years were retrospectively analyzed in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university 156 postoperative patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cases, will be admitted to hospital after extraction in the peripheral blood of patients with statistical height of the NLR is divided into two groups,156 patients were divided into high NLR group(NLR 3.40 or higher)and low NLR(NLR< 3.40)in two groups, analyze and summarize the clinical data, comparative analysis of line the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university for the first time in patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery, postoperative recovery and to single factor may be associated with prognosis factors and Cox multiple factors analysis,Comparing 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival, especially 5-year survival after surgery,we found that there was no relationship between prognosis and NLR.Results: single factor analysis showed that: in the age, sex, tumor type, differentiation degree,T classification, clinical stage,N stage,NLR group in the clinical characteristics, such as T classification, clinical stage,NLR grouping and prognosis of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma of the significant correlation(P < 0.05),and introduce the T classification, clinical stage,NLR grouping Cox multi-factor analysis showed that T stage,NLR is the independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with cancer.(P=0.002,CI=0.472-0.555),the 1-year survival rate was 92.3%,the 3-year survival rate was 73.1%,and the 5-year survival rate was 66.7%.Discussion: preoperative NLR in peripheral blood of laryngeal cancer patients can be used as a reference index for postoperative prognosis evaluation of laryngealsquamous cell carcinoma patients, and the prognosis of patients with high NLR group is poor.
