Correlation Between Four Commonly Witnessed Types Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Normal Upper Thyroid Hormone Levels

Objective: To investigate the correlation between normal upper limit thyroid hormone levels and four types of recurrent polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods: PCOS renal deficiency,Qi blood stasis,liver hygrothermia,spleen deficiency phlegm dampness,95 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were collected to test their thyroid stimulating hormone and analyze the four commonly witnessed polycystic ovary syndrome.Whether there is a correlation with the normal upper limit of thyroid stimulating hormone.Results: In this study,there were a total of 95 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.The distribution of their syndromes was 27.40 % of the sample size,24.20 % of the blood stasis,and 25.30 % of the renal deficiency,and 23.20 % of the liver;The TSH ratio of each syndrome type and TSH of spleen deficiency phlegm type were statistically significant(P<UNK> 0.05);The negative and positive distribution of thyrotropin levels was statistically significant compared with the chi-square(P<UNK> 0.001).The age distribution of each type was tested by single factor variance analysis(P > 0.05)without statistical difference;In the age distribution ratio,the proportion of samples aged 30 to 39 accounted for 47.37 %,followed by 40.00 % of samples aged 20 to 29,10.53 % of samples aged 40 to 45,and 2.11 % of samples aged 20;The negative and positive distribution of the BMI level was compared by the card Square,(P = 0.257),and the wave/hip ratio distribution was compared by the card Square,(P = 0.976),all of which had P > 0.05,without statistical significance;The comparison between the four types of syndrome and the purpose of the visit was accurately tested by Fisher(P = 0.834 > 0.05),with no statistical difference;The comparison between the distribution of TSH yin and Yang and the purpose of the visit was accurately tested by Fisher(P = 0.422 > 0.05)withno statistical difference.Conclusion: Four types of commonly witnessed polycystic ovary syndrome were associated with normal upper thyroid hormone levels.There was no correlation between age,BMI,waist to hip ratio,and clinical purpose of the four types of often witnessed polycystic ovary syndrome.
