Objective:The mechanism study of the effect of canister therapy on patients with blood stasis syndrome plaque psoriasis and its influence on PASI score were observed by RCM.Methods: From January 2019 to March 2020,80 cases of plaque psoriasis patients with blood stasis syndrome who met the enrollment criteria and were admitted to the dermatology clinic of the Fourth Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University.Randomly divided into two groups, the test group was treated with cans, and the control group was treated with NB-UVB.The PASI scores of psoriasis before and after treatment in the test group and the control group were counted.Changes in the number of nipple capillaries before and after treatment. Results: The difference between PASI score and epidermal thickness difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of capillaries between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of canister therapy on plaque psoriasis of blood stasis syndrome is better than that of NB-UVB therapy.
