Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma (Lung And Spleen Qi-deficiency) With Jianpibufei Decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of Jianpi Bufei Decoction on the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients with chronic persistent asthma(lung and spleen Qi-deficiency),and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Bufei Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic persistent asthma(lung and spleen Qi-deficiency).Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 outpatients from the Department of pulmonary diseases of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to February 2020 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the basic data,course of disease and condition data before treatment(P > 0.05),which could be compared and analyzed.The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Bufei decoction combined with inhaled budesonide / fumaric acid formoterol,while the control group was only treated with inhaled budesonide / fumaric acid formoterol.After one course of treatment,the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically analyzed,and the changes of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function before and after treatment were compared.Results:(1)Clinical effect comparison: The experimental group: clinical control 10%,significant effect 43.3%,effective 23.3%,ineffective 23.3%,total effective rate 76.6%;the control group: clinical control 3.3%,significant effect 10%,effective 43.3,ineffective43.3%,total effective rate 56.6%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)by testing the distribution of clinical efficacy,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)TCM symptom score comparison: There were significant differences in the main symptoms and secondarysymptoms before and after treatment in the experimental group(P < 0.05);there were significant differences in the main symptoms before and after treatment in the control group(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in the secondary symptoms(P > 0.05);there were significant differences in the main symptoms and secondary symptoms between the groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of pulmonary function:There were significant differences in FEV1 and PEF in the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);there were statistical differences in FEV1 and PEF in the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05).(4)Act score comparison: Before and after treatment,there was statistical difference in ACT score between the two groups(P < 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(5)Safety: There were no abnormalities of blood routine,urine routine,liver function and kidney function in the two groups.No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:(1)After corresponding treatment,the lung function,TCM symptoms,quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The effect of the experimental group in improving clinical efficacy,improving TCM symptoms,improving quality of life and improving lung function was significantly better than that of the control group.To verify the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Bufei Decoction on chronic persistent period of bronchial asthma(lung and spleen Qi-deficiency).(2)There were no abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver function and kidney function during the treatment,and the two groups had better clinical safety.
