Clinical Study Of Bufeijianpi Decoction Combined With Coxalone Recuperating And Treating Childhood Asthma During Chronic Duration With Physique Of Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Bufeijianpi decoction combined with coxalone on the recuperatation and treatment of children’s asthma during chronic duration with lung and spleen Qi deficiency,and provide effective clinical evidence for combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine to prevent and treat this disease.Methods: This study collected 60 children with lung and spleen deficiency in the chronic duration of asthma and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given costigone,1-2 inhalations each time,2 times a day for 8 weeks;the treatment group was supplemented with Bufeijianpi decoction on the basis of the above treatment for 8 weeks.And observe and record the children’s scores of TCM constitutional,level of control for asthma,number of respiratory infections,concentration of FeNO,and scores of C-ACT,and analyze the above-mentioned related indicators using statistical methods.Result: There were no significant differences in gender,age,weight,and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they were comparable.There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM constitutional,level of control for asthma,number of respiratory infections,concentration of FeNO,and scores of CACT in the two groups of children before treatment(P > 0.05),and they were comparable.In the treatment group,the scores of TCM constitutional,level of control for asthma,the number of respiratory infections,concentration of FeNO,and scores of C-ACT after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).In the control group,the level of control for asthma,concentration of FeNO,and scores of C-ACT were significantly improved after 8 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).In the control group,there were no significant improvement in the scores of TCM constitutional and number of respiratory infections after 8 weeks of treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM constitutional of the tow groups was not significantly improved compared with the previous one,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment was that the improvement of the scores of TCM constitutional,number of respiratory infections,concentration of FeNO in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition of Bufeijianpi decoction combined with coxalone can significantly reduce the scores of TCM constitutional of children with asthma during chronic with physique of lung and spleen qi deficiency,and improve the children’s physique2.The addition of Bufeijianpi decoction combined with coxalone can significantly increase the scores of C-ACT,and improve the level of control for asthma of children with asthma during chronic with physique of lung and spleen qi deficiency.3.The addition of Bufeijianpi decoction combined with coxalone can decrease the number of respiratory infections of children with asthma during chronic with physique of lung and spleen qi deficiency.4.The addition of Bufeijianpi decoction combined with coxalone can decrease the concentration of FeNO,and the effect is better than inhaling coxalone alone.5.The effect of the addition of Bufeijianpi decoction combined with coxalone recuperating and treating childhood asthma during chronic duration with physique of lung and spleen qi deficiency is positive,and there are no obvious adverse reactions.
