Observation On The Curative Effect Of Magnetic Round Plum Needle Combined With External Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Shoulder Hand Syndrome Stage Ⅰ After Apoplexy

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of magnetic round plum needle combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stage I shoulder hand syndrome after apoplexy,in order to provide an effective,low cost and less side effects method for this diseaseMethods:Will be 82 in December 2018-December 2019 in the third hospital of shanxi college of traditional Chinese medicine doctor rehabilitation of conforming I phase after a stroke shoulder hand syndrome patients using the random number table method were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 41 cases,control group to the conventional western medicine foundation treatment,rehabilitation training Treatment group in the control group on the basis of the plum needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment to magnetic circle treatment,magnetic circle plum needle stab knocking main point:with Yu upper shoulder,shoulder liao,chien cheng Er,li 11,hand,arm three mile,outside clearance,te 4,in the valley,and stimulation intensity with patients can tolerate advisable,generally for knocking thorn reddish skin degree,a total of 20 minutes.The external application of traditional Chinese medicine was applied to the whole outside of the affected limb,and TDP lamp was irradiated for 30 minutes.Each group was treated once a day for 6 times a week for 3 weeks.VAS score,FMA score,hand edema score and SHSS score were used before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groupsResults:1)Baseline comparison:totally 82 patients were included in this study,3 of them fell off due to some reasons,and 79 cases were finally collected,including 39 cases in the treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease and the scores of vas,FMA,edema of hand and SHSS(P>0.05)2)Comparison within the group:after 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of vas,FMA,edema and SHSS in the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that western medicine combined with rehabilitation training can reduce the symptoms of stage I shoulder hand syndrome after stroke;before and after 3 weeks of treatment,VAS,FMA and water in the treatment group The difference between swelling score and SHSS score was statistically significant(P3)Comparison between groups:after 3 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,FMA score,edema score and SHSS score between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05)4)Efficacy comparison:the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 92.31%and 77.50%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05),indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control groupConclusion:(1)Magnetic round plum needle combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of stage I shoulder hand syndrome after stroke has pertinence,which can improve the movement function of the affected limb and reduce the symptoms of pain and edema of the affected limb(2)Western medicine combined with rehabilitation training and magnetic round plum needle combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the symptoms of stage I shoulder hand syndrome after stroke,and the clinical effect of the latter is better than the former,which is worthy of clinical promotion...
