Clinical Observation Of Damp-Heat Decoction In Treating Damp-Heat Acne

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of magnetic round plum needle combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stage I shoulder hand syndrome after apoplexy,in order to provide an effective,low cost and less side effects method for this disease.Methods:For this project,84 acne patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.All cases were from acne patients in the dermatology clinic of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Damp hot decoction-free decoction(Cork,Atractylodes,Yinchen,Zongzi,Bai Xianpi,Fu Zhi Zi,Tu Fuling),one dose per day,200 ml warm water for washing,take each half an hour after breakfast and dinner;control In the group,tanshinone capsules were taken orally 4 times a day,3 times a day,and taken after meals.The two groups of patients were treated for 7 days as a course of treatment.After 4 consecutive courses of treatment,the skin lesion score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed and recorded.The incidence of adverse reactions was recorded,and objective evaluation was made on damp-heat decoction for the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 90.24% and the effective rate in the control group was 77.5%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups after treatment(P <0.05)..2.Comparison within the group: After 4 weeks of treatment,in terms of comparison of skin lesion points,the comparison of skin lesion points before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was performed,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group can be considered The symptoms of skin lesions in the control group were improved after treatment;compared with the clinical signs of TCM before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It can be considered that the treatment group and the control group were receiving After treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM have improved;3.Comparison between groups: After 4 weeks of treatment,the skin lesion score and TCM clinical syndrome score of the treatment group and the control group were compared,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of skin lesion morphology,skin lesion count,skin color,and improvement of skin swelling and pain.There were significant differences after statistical treatment(P <0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group Obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:Shire Decoction is significantly better than the control group in improving skin lesions and accompanying syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine.It is worthy of clinical application and reference.
