| Purpose:Observed improvement in patients with acne lesions and TCM symptoms, compared Angelica flavescens pill with the Modified Pipaqingfei Decoction Combined with Huanglianjiedu Decoction of the efficacy of acne vulgaris of stagnation of damp-heat. Objective evaluation of Modified Pipaqingfei Decoction Combined with Huanglianjiedu Decoction for clinical treatment of acne vulgaris of stagnation of damp-heat. Exploration the prescriptions and methods for the treatment on acne vulgaris of stagnation of damp-heat is remarkable, easily absorbed, making the clinical symptoms improved, the recurrence probability can be reduced, the efficacy to be improved.Materials and ways:From2011.3to2011.12,acne vulgaris damp-heat syndrome of64cases in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital outpatient were clinical observations, randomly divided patients into two groups. The treatment group of32cases was given Modified Pipaqingfei Decoction Combined with Huanglianjiedu Decoction100ml.2times a day; the control group of32cases was given Angelica flavescens pill1,2times a day, both groups were topical clindamycin phosphate solution.2times a day. Four weeks for both groups for a course of treatment, evaluate the effect of changes in circumstances before and after treatment, the skin lesions and TCM syndrome after two courses.Results:Treatment group, the clinical cure rate was40.63%, while the control group was25.00%; treatment group, the total efficiency was90.63%, while the control group was59.38%. Two groups were compared statistically cure rate and total efficiency with a significant difference (0.01<P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The clinical symptoms of acne vulgaris of stagnation of damp-heat can be obviously eliminated by the Modified Pipaqingfei Decoction Combined with Huanglianjiedu Decoction. 2. The Modified Pipaqingfei Decoction Combined with Huanglianjiedu Decoction for treatment of acne vulgaris of stagnation of damp-heat is safe and effective, better than Angelica flavescens pill, worthy of further clinical application. |
