| Objective:In this study, randomized controlled trial, observed through clinical Yinchenhao Decoction pestle with plantar stimulation therapy for treatment of female Gastrointestinal Damp-heat facial acne vulgaris clinical efficacyMethods:This trial used a randomized and blank-control method.68 subjects who met with the diagnostic criteria for Gastrointestinal Damp-heat facial acne were included, and divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The subjects in treatment group received-the clinical Yinchenhao Decoction pestle with plantar stimulation therapy, while in control group received the therapy of modern medicine (Viaminate taking orally combining Clindamycin Phosphate Gel application).A whole course of treatment lasted a month, and everyone in the trial should finish 2 courses. Every group was evaluated with the change of skin lesions, the number of the lesions, before and after treatment.Result:The total effective ratio respectively is 93.55%,83.87%in treating and control groups (P<0.05). The effective of lesions respectively is 90.32%, 77.42%(P<0.05). The results of evaluation proved that the clinical effect of taking Jingqi Xiaocuo decoction combining Xunmian formula external application is superior to modern medicine, and there were not any obvious adverse effects.Conclusion:Yinchenhao Decoction pestle with plantar stimulation therapy for treatment of female Gastrointestinal Damp-heat facial acne has certain curative effect without obvious side-effect, and is worthy of more clinical extending. |
