| 1.Objective Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture was used to treat post-stroke insomnia.In order to explore the therapeutic effect of this method on the level of OA in patients with post-stroke insomnia,the levels of serum orexin A(Orexin A),National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS)and Pittsburgh Sleep scale Index(PSQI))were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.2.Methods The treatment course of the two groups is the same,6 times a week,continuous treatment for 4 weeks,a total of 28 days as a course of treatment.The related indexes of the patients were detected before and after treatment,and the scores of the scale were given.Compare the index data of the same group before and after treatment;compare the control group and the experimental group,further analyze the data changes between the two groups,and draw relevant conclusions.3.Results3.1 Two groups of OA levels Comparing the OA level of the control group and the experimental group before treatment,it was concluded that there was no difference between the two groups,but after one course of treatment,the level of OA in the control group shown no difference,and the level of OA in the treatment group decreased more significantly.It is suggested that Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture can reduce and increase the level of OA in patients with PSI and improve the sleep quality of patients,and the decrease of OA in patients is better than that of western medicine alone.3.2 National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NHISS)There was no significant difference in the score of NIHSS scale between the control group and treatment group before treatment,but after a course of treatment,the score ofthe two groups changed before and after treatment(P < 0.01).It can be considered that there is a significant difference between the control group and treatment group,indicating that both groups can effectively reduce the NIHSS score.By comparing the score of the two groups after treatment,P = 0.05,it is considered to be statistically significant,and it can be concluded that the change of NIHSS score level in the treatment group is higher than that in the other group.3.3 Pittsburgh Sleep scale Index(PSQI)score Before treatment,indicating that the data of the control group is similar to treatment group,indicating that the score of the scale was comparable between the two groups before treatment and after treatment;after a period of therapy,the PSQI grades of the two groups were decreased,and there was statistical difference in the treatment group,suggesting that the experimental group could significantly reduce the PSQI score.Comparing the PSQI score of the two groups after treatment,the difference is statistically significant.It is considered that in terms of reducing the PSQI score,the performance of the treatment group is better.3.4 Total curative effect of the two groups Through this study,after comparing the clinical data,it is concluded that the total effective rate of the control group is not as good as the treatment group.The total clinical effective rate was 87% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.After comparison between the two groups,it can be concluded that P < 0.05.It was considered that the curative effect of the control group was worse than that of the treatment group.4.Conclusion(1)Both Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture and eszopiclone tablets can reduce the level of OA,and the decrease of OA in the treatment group is more significant.(2)Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture has a significant effect on improving sleep in patients with insomnia after stroke,and has an advantage over eszopiclone tablets.(3)The intervention treatment of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on post-stroke insomniacan improve the therapeutic effect of post-stroke insomnia,and one of its mechanisms may be related to the decrease of OA level. |
