Objectives1.To explore the status of reproductive concerns in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age, analyze the influencing factors.2.To explore the correlation between the reproductive concerns and quality of life, social support, coping style in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age.3.To explore the path of action of social support, coping style and reproductive concerns in cervical cancer patients of childbearing age.MethodsThe convenience sampling method was used to fill in the questionnaire surveys of cervical cancer patients of childbearing age who were diagnosed and treated at four tertiary hospitals in Zhengzhou from November 2017 to June 2019.Using the General Information Questionnaire, the Chinese version of Reproductive Concerns After Cancer(RCAC),the 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis and the path analysis was performed using AMOS 18.0 software. The test level was bilateral α=0.05.The main statistical methods were statistical description,one-way analysis of variance, multiple linear regression analysis,Pearson correlation analysis.Results1.The total score of reproductive concerns in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age was(61.38±5.65).The scores of each dimension from high to low were:pregnancy ability(11.81 ± 1.87),child health(11.16±1.92),self-health(10.46±2.04),pregnancy preparation(9.94±2.19),infertility acceptability(9.56±3.54),and spouse informed(8.47±2.68).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient’s educational level, number of children, fertility desire, pathological type, clinical stage and surgical method finally were entered the regression equation, which could explain 38%of the total variation.2.Reproductive concerns in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age was negatively correlated with the eight dimensions of the quality of life(r=-0.604~-0.338,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between reproductive concerns and social support(r=-0.306,P<0.05),and there was no correlation between coping styles(face and avoid)(P>0.05),and there was a positive correlation with yielding coping style(r=0.42,P<0.05).3.Through the path analysis of reproductive concerns in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age and their social support and coping styles,it was found that yielding coping style had a positive effect on reproductive concerns(β=0.43).Social support could have an indirectly negative effect on reproductive concerns through yielding coping style(β=0.168),indicating that yielding coping style acted as a mediating effect between social support and the mediating effect accounted for 100%.Social support could explain the variation of the yield response coping pattern by 16%,and the social support and yielding coping style could explain the reproductive concerns variation by 19%.Conclusions1.The status of reproductive concerns in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age is high, and could be affected by many factors. The level of education, number of children, fertility desire, pathological type, clinical stage surgical method are important affecting factors of reproductive concerns.2.The reproductive concerns of patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age affect their quality of life. There is a negative correlation between them, suggesting that the higher the status of reproductive concerns, the worse their quality of life.3.Social support has an indirect effect on reproductive concerns in patients with cervical cancer of childbearing age.The yielding coping style has a mediating effect between social support and reproductive concerns.
