Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)with Xiang Bi Yin

Objective: Via comparing the therapeutic effect of self-made Xiang bi yin(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)and neck pain granules on Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy,To explore the curative effect and safety of Xiang bi Yin in the treatment of Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy.And give more choices to clinical patients,and provide a new treatment plan for future clinical treatment.Methods: 62 Patients at the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups(31 patients each),The treatment group was treated with Xiang bi Yin,while the control group was treated with neck pain granules,all patients took the drug according to the test regulations,and all were observed for 4 weeks.Record VAS score and Neck Disability Index(NDI)score of the patients at 0,2 and 4 weeks of treatment carefully,and record TCM syndrome score of 0 and 4 weeks.Compare the differences in TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,and NDI scores between the two groups,analyze and compare data between the treatment group and the control.Observe patients’ treatment symptoms and their improvement.SPSS(version 21.0)was used to process the statistical analysis.Then evaluate the validity,safety and scientificity of the test.Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in baseline level between the treatment group and the control group,regardless of gender,age or course of disease.There were significant differences in TCM syndrome score,VAS score and NDI score before and after treatment in the treatment group(P < 0.05).And there were significant differences in TCM syndrome score,VAS score and NDI score before and after treatment in the control group(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,VAS score and cervical dysfunction index score between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the treatment group were less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.After treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,VAS score and cervical dysfunction index score between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05).The total effective rate was 88.89% in the treatment group and 86.11% in the control group.During the whole experiment,the patients in the treatment group and the control group did not have obvious discomfort,and the safety of the experiment was high.Conclusion: The experimental results show that the treatment group and the control group have therapeutic effect on Cervical spondylosis radiculopathy.,There was no significant difference in the total effect after 4 weeks,The total effective rate was 88.89% in the treatment group and 86.11% in the control group.However,the vas and NDI scores of the treatment group after 2 weeks were better than those of the control group,It shows that the treatment group is faster than the control group in terms of pain and neck function recovery.Both groups have high safety.This experiment provides ideas for clinical treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion.
