Research On The Medication Law Of Professor Hu Zuowei Treating Advanced Lung Cancer Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform

ObjectiveThis study used a retrospective case study method to collect case data of patients with advanced lung cancer based on the retrieval method of Donghua Digital Information Management System of Wuhan First Hospital.Through data mining combined with artificial analysis,research on the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for Professor Hu Zuorong to treat advanced lung cancer,analyze the prescriptions and clinical experience of Professor Hu in treating advanced lung cancer,and further explore the medical evidence for traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the maintenance stage of advanced lung cancer law.MethodThis study collected,sorted and screened the cases diagnosed with advanced lung cancer(stages ? to ?)by Professor Hu's outpatient and inpatient department from December 2018 to December2019.Cases were entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Assistance Platform(V2.5)" and a database was established.Use medical record statistics and prescription analysis relatedfunctions to mine high-frequency drugs,sexual flavor classics,core drug pairs,and new prescriptions in the data.The above results have been reviewed by the experts themselves,combined with the actual clinical application,and analyzed the medication rules and treatment ideas of the party.Result1.According to the gender statistics of patients,the male to female ratio is approximately 1.40: 1,and the age statistics show that 51-60 years old and 61-70 years old are the highest incidence age groups,accounting for 61% of the total number.2.According to the AJCC eighth edition of lung cancer TNM staging records,64 cases were in stage III and 85 cases were in stage IV.According to the pathological typing distribution,132 patients with adenocarcinoma accounted for 88.6%;13 patients with squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 8.7%;4 patients with small cell lung cancer accounted for 2.7%.Western medicine treatment records,25 patients with history of surgery,accounting for 16.8%;124 patients without history of surgery,accounting for 83.2%;87patients with history of chemotherapy,accounting for 58.4%;62patients without history of chemotherapy,accounting for 41.6%;yes65 patients with history of radiotherapy,accounting for 43.6%;84patients without history of radiotherapy,accounting for 56.4%;91patients with history of targeted therapy,accounting for 61.1%;58 patients without history of targeted therapy,accounting for38.9%.3.According to statistics of TCM symptoms at the time of consultation of patients with advanced lung cancer,cough(128times),fatigue(121 times),chest pain(112 times),poor sleep(111times),dry mouth and dry throat(109 times),Pleural effusion(102times),anorexia(100 times),etc.were the main symptoms.4.According to the analysis of drug frequency,the top 10 drugs in order are: raw licorice,scallion,Nanshen ginseng,Shi Jianchuan,Ophiopogon,Lily,Angelica sinensis,cypress,Dendrobium,Ophiopogon.5.Through the analysis of the tongue and pulse,the tongue has reddish tongue,thin white fur,thin yellow fur,thin fur,dark red tongue,red tongue,yellow fur and yellow greasy fur.Breakdown,pulse string count,pulse sinking,pulse count,and pulse sinking occur more frequently.6.According to the statistics of syndromes,they are: Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome(129 times),Lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome(118 times),Yin deficiency internal heat syndrome(106 times),Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome(98times),Qi stagnation.Blood stasis syndrome(82 times).7.Through the frequency analysis of the four gases of the drug,it was found that the use of the drug was mainly warm(34.38%),followed by cold,cool,and flat;followed by the frequency analysis of the five flavors of the drug,and sweet(41.49%)Mainly,followed by bitterness,spicy,sour,astringent and salty taste;through analysis of the frequency of returning to menstruation,the medication is mainly to the Taiyin lung meridian,followed by the Taiyin spleen meridian,Foot Yangming stomach meridian Foot Jue Yin liver meridian,Hand Yangming large intestine meridian,Foot Shaoyin kidney meridian,etc.8.Through the analysis of the prescription formula,the numbers of drug combinations with strong correlation are Ophiopogonjaponicus,Nansha ginseng,Nansha ginseng,Schisandra chinensis,Shi Jianchuan,Shi Shangbai,Tincture,licorice and so on.9.Through the analysis of prescription medication laws,14 core combinations were obtained,and further clustered to form 7 new prescriptions,namely:(1)Bai Zhi,fried almonds,cilantro,and red scallion;(2)Ophiopogon,Schisandra,Yujin,Codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephalus,(3)Scorpion,biliary star,white pheasant,hive,fried silkworm,heavy building;(4)Ligustrum lucidum,chicken blood rattan,Ejiao,salvia;(5)fried perilla seed,biliary star,hemp kernel,dragon sunflower,Fried Laizizi;(6)Mulberry leaf,Wuwei,Poria,Nansha ginseng;(7)Licorice,Jiao Hawthorn,Polygonum multiflorum,Polygonum multiflorum,Yujin.ConclusionThe data mining results of this study basically reflect Professor Hu Zuowei's medication rules and clinical evidence for the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Professor Hu Zuowei combined with many years of practical experience and concluded that the differentiation and treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer are mainly based on deficiency of qi and yin,and deficiency of both lung and spleen,emphasizing the principle of "reinforcing and eliminating evil".Attack "multi-method to strengthen the roots and nourish yin,attach importance to the lungs,spleen and kidneys and treat the three internal organs together,and be vigilant at all stages of the pathological changes of" stomach qi is born,without stomach qi "throughout the course of the disease,and weigh the pathological products in the body flexibly.The clinical use of ginseng and maidong decoction to improve qi and nourish yin,Sijunzi decoction strengthen spleen and nourish stomach,and use insectmedicines to enter the network to search for evil,supplemented by the method of resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis,and tonifying the kidney and strengthening sputum.The pathological changes of stasis and poison have formed their own unique treatment experience.
