Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Damp Heat Pattern Perianal Eczema With The Combination Of Zuoyu No.2 And Halometasone Cream

Objective : Perianal eczema is one of the common diseases in anorectal Department.Because of its itching,lingering course,easy to repeat and so on,it often bothers patients,and affect the normal life of patients.However,it is difficult to treat because of its complicated pathogenesis.For many years,we have been looking for a good way to cure this disease.The purpose of this study is To observe the clinical curative effect of Zuoyu No.2 combined with halomethasone cream in the treatment of damp heat pattern perianal eczema,to explore the mechanism and application value of treatment.Methods:All the cases in this research were from invalids with damp heat pattern perianal eczema who had been treated in the outpatient department of anorectal department in Hubei TCM hospital from June2018 to June 2019.After the clinic completes the related examination,60 invalids who were up to snuff were divided into 2groups according to the stochastic method,and each group have 30 invalids.The invalids in the observation group were treated with Zuoyu No.2 for fumigation and sitting bath and applied halometasonecream to the affected area,and the invalids in the control group applied halometasone cream to the affected area.1 week as a course of treatment,the two groups of patients were treated for two courses of treatment.The scores of symptoms and signs of pruritus,skin lesion morphology,skin lesion area,wet and seepage before and after using of drugs were recorded,and the repetition rate of the two groups was evaluated after 2 months of treatment.Conclusion:1.Comparison of clinical data between observation group and control group:There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in sex,age,course of disease,pruritus,skin lesion morphology,skin lesion area,wet and seepage between the two groups before treatment,two groups of patients can be compared.2.comparison within groups:After 1 week of using of drugs and 2weeks after using of drugs,the scores of pruritus,skin lesion morphology,skin lesion range,wet and seepage in the observation group were compared with those before using of drugs,the differences were obvious(P<0.05);After 1 week of using of drugs and2 weeks after using of drugs,the scores of pruritus,skin lesion morphology,skin lesion range,wet and seepage in the control group were compared with those before using of drugs,the differences were also obvious(P<0.05).3.comparison between groups:(1)After 2 weeks of using of drugs,the scores of pruritus,skin lesion morphology,wet and seepage in the observation group were compared with those of control group,the differences were obvious(P<0.05);(2)After 1 week of treatment and2 weeks of using of drugs,the scores of skin lesion area in the observation group were compared with those in the control group,the differences were obvious(P<0.05).4.Comparison of total efficacy between observation group and control group:(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group was 37.93% and that of the control group was13.79%,and the cure rate between the two groups was obvious difference(P<0.05);(2)After two weeks of treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 89.66%and that of the control group was 58.62%,and the total efficiency between the two groups was obvious difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of recurrence rates between observation group and control group: Return visit 3 months after end of treatment,the recurrence rate was 3.45% in the observation group and that of the control group was 24.14%,and the recurrence rate between the two groups was obvious difference(P<0.05).6.Comparison of adverse reactions between observation group and control group:No adverse reactions were found in either group during treatment.Results:Combination of Zuoyu No.2 and halometasone cream can treat damp heat pattern perianal eczema,as well as halometasone cream only.But the curative effect of combination of Zuoyu No.2 and halometasone cream is better,the recurrence rate was also lower,and it has no obvious side effects,besides,the overall efficacy advantage is remarkable.Through syndrome differentiation,Zuoyu No.2 has the effect of clearing heat,draining dampness,dispelling wind and arresting itching,these effects are consistent with the etiology and pathogenesis of damp heat pattern perianal eczema.Modern pharmacological research also shows that Zuoyu No.2 has the functions of anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-proliferative,anti-allergic,sedative and immunomodulatory.In addition,it hasthe advantages of convenient use,low price and high patient acceptance,It is worth popularizing in clinic.
