Clinical Observation Of Qianyangyuyin Granules On Carotid Elasticity In Hypertensive Patients With Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:To observe the effects of hospital preparation-Qianyangyuyin granules on clinical symptoms and carotid elasticity in hypertensive patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity and provide a basis for early clinical effective intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for hypertensive patients with arteriosclerosis,TCM syndrome score,carotid elasticity and blood pressure parameters were used as the main observation indicators in this study.Methods:A prospective,randomized,controlled design was used in this study,and 60 patients with hypertension of types of Yin deficiency and Yang excess were selected and completely randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the calcium channel blocker recommended by the guidelines as the basic antihypertensive medicine for intervention(amlodipine,5mg each time,once a day),on this basis,the treatment group was given Qianyangyuyin granules(10g each time,3 times a day),and both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The score of TCM syndromes,PWV,IMT and RI of bilateral carotid artery,PP and PPI before and after treatment were compared between the two groups to explore the effect of Qianyangyuyin granules on TCM syndromes and carotid elasticity in hypertensive patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Results:(1)After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased with difference having outstanding statistical significance(P<0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,PWV-BS and PWV-ES of bilateral carotid artery in the treatment group were improved with difference having outstanding statistical significance(P<0.01),PWV-BS and PWV-ES of bilateral carotid artery in the control group were improved with difference having statistical significance(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05).(3)There were no significant differences in IMT and RI of two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(4)After treatment,SBP,PP and PPI of both groups were improved with difference having outstanding statistical significance(P<0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in DBP of two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qianyangyuyin granules combined with antihypertensive medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of hypertensive patients of types of Yin deficiency and Yang excess,and improve their carotid elasticity.
