Clinical Study On Local Surrounded Needling Combined With Distal Zusanli Acupoint Acupuncture To Promote Fat Survival After Autologous Fat Grafting In Temporal Region

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of local surrounded needling combined with distal Zusanli acupoint acupuncture in promoting fat survival after autologous fat grafting in the temporal region.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,thirty patients who underwent autologous fat grafting in our department were randomly divided into the experimental group(local surrounded needling in the temporal region combined with distal Zusanli acupoint acupuncture),control group 1(local surrounded needling)and control group 2(no intervention),with 10 patients in each group,the average age was 38.9 years.The severity of temporal depression was graded before surgery.After face autologous fat grafting,we provided acupuncture therapy.Three months after,standardized photography,three-dimensional photography and temporal ultrasound were used to evaluate the improvement of temporal depression of the patients.Patient satisfaction was also investigated.Results:A total of 60 temporal regions were involved in the study.The thickness of subcutaneous temporal fat was significantly increased in all three groups.The improvement rate of subcutaneous fat thickness in the temporal region in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and 2.The temporal fat volume of the patients was reserved up to 74.95%in the experimental group and 60.61%in the control group,and the lowest in the control group2(45.96%).The improvement degree of temporal depression in the three groups was significantly different All the experimental groups were improved effectively.Two in control group 1 and four in control group 2 were not effective.Patients in the test group had the highest satisfaction.Conclusions:Local surrounded needling combined with distal Zusanli acupoint acupuncture can effectively improve the survival rate of fat after autologous fat grafting in the temporal region,and the clinical efficacy is better than that of simple local surrounded needling method.
