| Objective:To analyze the medication characteristics and compatibility rules of the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of chronic kidney disease,explore the core drug combinations of chronic nephritis and chronic renal failure in the non-dialysis period,summarize the treatment experience,and provide guidance for the clinic.Methods:Collected hospitalized cases of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for nephropathy(nephritis,chronic renal failure,non-dialysis period)of the Department of Nephrology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The medical records included include the basic information of the patient,basic information of hospitalization,physical and chemical examination results,diagnostic information,treatment rules,prescription information,specific prescription medication,with more than three prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,and complete physical and chemical indicators during hospitalization.After standardized treatment,statistical analysis of the frequency,sexual taste,and menstruation of drugs for the treatment of nephropathy(chronic nephritis,chronic renal failure non-dialysis period)by the Department of Nephrology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Categorize high-frequency medications,and use Chinese medicine data analysis platform system to conduct association rules and complex network analysis and research,and analyze the core of treatment of nephropathy(chronic nephritis,chronic renal failure and non-dialysis period)in the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Drug combination.Finally,based on the analysis results,we summarize the experience of treating chronic kidney disease in the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and analyze the rule of medication under the guidance of experience to provide guidance for our clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease.result:1.A total of 1001 hospitalized cases of Chinese medicine prescriptions for renal diseases(chronic nephritis,chronic renal failure non-dialysis period)of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,135 cases of chronic nephritis and 759 cases of chronic renal failure(non-dialysis period)were selected,with a total of 894 medical records.A total of 3778 prescriptions for the treatment of renal system diseases were sorted out.Since 107 medical records(including 363 prescriptions)out of 1001 inpatient records did not meet the criteria of this study,395 prescriptions for the treatment of chronic nephritis were selected to treat chronic renal failure(Non-dialysis period)3020 prescriptions,a total of 3415 prescriptions.2.The medicine used by the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has 357 flavors,including astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,June snow,soil Poria,Eucommia,Shiwei,Codonopsis,Angelica,Centella asiatica,Achyranthes bidentata,Chuanxiong,purple The cumulative use frequency of 20 Chinese traditional medicines,such as Sujiang,Coix Seed,Ghost Arrow,Dipsacus,Atractylodes,Acacia,Alisma,Turmeric,and Zelan,reached more than 50%.For the treatment of chronic nephritis,there are 256 traditional Chinese medicines,including astragalus,Atractylodes,Shiwei,Eucommia,Codonopsis,Angelica,Dipsacus,Coix seed,Chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Hedyotis diffusa,turmeric,Poria,Dogwood,Poria,The cumulative use frequency of 23 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as Chinese yam,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Atractylodes,Licorice,Polygonum cuspidatum,perilla stem,mistletoe,and agrimony reached more than 50%.The medicine used for the treatment of chronic renal failure(non-dialysis period)has 335 flavors,including astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,June snow,Tuckahoe,Shiwei,Eucommia,Codonopsis,Angelica,Centella asiatica,Achyranthes bidentata,Chuanxiong,Perilla,The cumulative use frequency of 19 traditional Chinese medicines such as Guijianyu,Coix Seed,Sophora japonica,Dipsacus,Cangzhu,Alisma,Rhubarb has reached more than 50%.3.The statistical results show that the frequency of the main drugs of the overall medicine for the treatment of nephropathy in the Department of Nephrology of Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital is:21374 times of mildness,19497 times of calmness,15073 times of coldness,frequency of medicine flavors:42049 times for sweetness,36098 times for bitterness,and 17753 for spicy taste The frequency of normalization:42641 times of spleen,42006 times of liver,and 29415 times of lung.The main frequency of drugs for the treatment of chronic nephritis:1964 times of calmness,1898 times of temperature,1359 times of coldness,frequency of medicine taste:4254 times of sweet taste,3243 times of bitter taste,2236 times of spicy taste,frequency of normalization:3912 times of liver meridian,spleen meridian 3479 times,lung meridian 3170 times.The main frequency of drugs for the treatment of chronic renal failure(non-dialysis period):17611 times of warmth,15769 times of calmness,12399 times of coldness,frequency of taste:33882 times of sweet taste,29979 times of bitter taste,20093 times of spicy taste,frequency of menstrual period:spleen 35,424 times,34,826 times of liver and 23,260 times of lung.(All of the top three)4.The final analysis results show that the core drug combination for treating renal diseases has 8 flavors:Astragalus-Atractylodes-Juexue-Tu Fuling-Eucommia-Shiwei-Dangshen-Danggui,and the core drug combination for treating chronic nephritis has 5 flavors:Astragalus-Atractylodes-Shiwei-Eucommia-Codonopsis,the core drug combination for the treatment of chronic renal failure(non-dialysis period)has 9 flavors:Astragalus-Atractylodes-June Xue-Soil Poria-Shiwei-Eucommia-Codonopsis-Angelica-Angelica grass.Conclusion:Through data mining and analysis of the collected medical records of the hospitalization of the Department of Nephrology of the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(chronic nephritis,chronic renal failure non-dialysis period),the following conclusions are drawn:1.According to the overall analysis,the medicinal properties of the medicine are mainly flat and warm,followed by coldness,the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet,bitter,and spicy.The medicine is mainly returned to the liver,spleen,and kidney.The lung meridian is the main one.From the point of view of the efficacy of core medicines and medicines,it is mainly tonic medicines,then heat and dampness medicines,followed by blood circulation and blood stasis medicines.2.From the perspective of the combination of three groups of core drugs,focusing on Yishen Qingli Huoxue,reusing tonics,heat and dampness medicines,and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,of which tonic medicines are mainly Qi-enhancing drugs,and To nourish blood and yang.On this basis,heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,diuretic and osmotic drugs,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine are added,so as to achieve the effect of benefiting kidney and clearing blood circulation.3.From the analysis of the characteristics of the treatment medication,the treatment method focuses on the same treatment of qi and blood,liver and spleen and kidney co-modulation,while supplementing the deficiency and strengthening the body,pay attention to supplementing kidney qi.The kidney is the innate foundation,the spleen is the foundation of the acquired nature.While nourishing the kidney,it is also necessary to care for the spleen and stomach,so as to benefit the qi and nourish the blood and strengthen the spleen and kidney.Dispel evil is mainly based on heat removal,detoxification,dampness,and blood circulation.The core drug combination is characterized by the effect of benefiting the kidney,clearing the blood,and promoting blood circulation.Therefore,it is necessary to observe the pathogenesis
