Clinical Study Of Alternating Acupoint Electroacupuncture In The Treatment Of Neural Tinnitus With Deficiency Of Kidney Essence

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of alternating acupoint electroacupuncture in the treatment of neurological tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence,so as to provide a new and effective comprehensive treatment scheme for the treatment of neurological tinnitus with acupuncture,and to provide a certain reference for the treatment of neurological tinnitus with acupuncture.Methods: 90 patients with neurotic tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group,conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group and pure western medicine group according to the random number table method.The alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group was divided into 1 group: porta auricularis(the affected side),audiology(the affected side),wai guan(both sides),taixi(both sides),SAN Yin jiao(both sides)and guan yuan.2 groups: haigong(affected side),yifeng(affected side),waiguan(bilateral),taixi(bilateral),sanyin jiao(bilateral)and guan yuan;The two groups received acupuncture on alternate days;Too creek,three vaginal intercourse,close yuan of acupuncture and complement,the rest of the acupoint acupuncture ping ping xie,after qi through the curative therapeutic treatment,portals and hearing as a group,listen to the palace and yifeng as a group,left and right side too creek and three Yin respectively as a set of each,waveform for continuous wave,20 hzfrequency,intensity in patients with conscious for comfortable degree,continue to stimulate 30 min,after the treatment according to the operation regulation of acupuncture needle and press the pinhole.In the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group,the affected side portal,the hearing palace,the hearing chamber,yifeng,the bilateral wai guan,taixi,sanyin jiao,guan yuan were taken.Acupoint positioning,acupuncture and operation methods alternate acupoint electroacupuncture group.The treatment duration of the two groups was once a day,10 days a course of treatment,2 days of rest after the end of each course of treatment,followed up for 1 month after the end of3 continuous treatment courses to determine the efficacy.In the western medicine group,mecobalamin tablets were administered orally 0.5mg/ time,3times/day.Flunarizine hydrochloride 5mg/ time,2 times/day;10 days/course of treatment,1 month follow-up after the end of 3 courses of continuous treatment to determine the efficacy.The differences in TCM syndrome score,tinnitus severity score,pure tone audiometry score,clinical efficacy and safety of the three groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Statistical analysis of the data was completed by SPSS 22 software.Results: After treatment,the results of the three groups of patients were as follows:(1)All TCM symptoms were improved in the alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group;In the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group,except for the cold limbs,other TCM symptoms were improved.Except for frequent urination at night and hot flashes and night sweats,other TCM symptoms were improved in the pure western medicine group.In terms of improving the TCM syndrome of patients,the alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group was the best,the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group was the second,and the pure western medicinegroup was the last(P < 0.05).(2)All the evaluation indexes of tinnitus severity were improved in the alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group and the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group;Except the duration of tinnitus,all the other evaluation indexes were improved in the pure western medicine group.In terms of improving the score of tinnitus severity of patients,the alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group was the best,the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group was the second,and the pure western medicine group was the last(P < 0.05).(3)The treatment of the three groups improved the patients with hearing impairment.In terms of the dominant degree of improving the patients’ hearing impairment,the alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group was the best,the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group was the second,and the pure western medicine group was the last(P < 0.05).(4)The total effective rates of alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group,conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group and pure western medicine group were 90%,86.7%and66.7%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group was the best in the treatment of neurotic tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence,followed by conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group,and the last in the pure western medicine group(P< 0.05).(5)There were no adverse reactions,safety events or abscission elimination in the treatment process,indicating that the treatment scheme of this study was safe and feasible.Conclusion:(1)In the treatment of neurological tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence and the improvement of patients’ TCM symptoms,tinnitus severity and the dominant degree of hearing impairment,the alternating acupoint electroacupuncture group was the best,the conventional acupoint electroacupuncture group was the second,and the pure western medicinegroup was the last.(2)Through the comparison of the efficacy between the alternating-point electroacupuncture group and the conventional electroacupuncture group,it can be seen that the alternating-point electroacupuncture method may avoid or reduce the occurrence of acupuncture tolerance to a certain extent,and improve the clinical efficacy better.(3)Alternating acupoint selection electroacupuncture has significant curative effect and high safety in the treatment of neuronal tinnitus with deficiency of kidney essence.It has obvious advantages in curing and improving tinnitus and its accompanying symptoms in patients,so it is worth promoting and applying.
