| Objective: This study is based on the theory of "one Qi circulation",By using Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding,the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type intestinal metaplasia were treated,Observe the overall effective rate,clinical symptom score,Pathological improvement of gastric mucosa,total efficiency of Pathology,improvement of infrared skin temperature of main and collateral channels,quantitative determination of serum PGI and PGII,the positive rate of CDX2 protein expression,To confirm the effectiveness of Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type intestinal metapl,asia,And the mechanism is also discussed.Method: Collect the patients in the spleen and stomach department of Liuzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 among 124 cases of intestinal metaplasia confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological biopsy,Grouping by random coding respectively 31 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in traditional Chinese medicine group,32 cases in western medicine group,31 cases of acupoint catgut embedding group.The treatment group was treated with Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo Decoction and acupoint catgut embedding therapy,1 doses per day,boil 250 ml,three times a day,take 15 minutes before meal,the course of treatment is 3 months.Traditional Chinese medicine group treated with Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo Decoction,1 doses per day,boil 250 ml,three times a day,take 15 minutes before meal,the course of treatment is 3 months.Western medicine group was treated with oral vitamin B12(25 ?g/tablet),three times a day,the course of treatment is 3 months.The catgut embedding group was treated with Catgut Embedding at acupoints only,Once a week,four times as a course of treatment,a total of three courses of treatment.Observe the overall effective rate of patients before and after treatment,Pathological improvement of gastric mucosa,total efficiency of Pathology,improvement of infrared skin temperature of main and collateral channels,quantitative determination of serum PGI and PGII,the positive rate of CDX2 protein expression,Collect and organize data,And make statistical analysis.Result:(1)Clinical symptom score:the total effective rates of the four groups were treatment group 93.54%,traditional Chinese medicine group 76.66%,western medicine group 43.75%,acupoint catgut embedding group 58.06%,The curative effect of the treatment group was significant compared with that of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05),the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group is better than that of Western medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05),the effect of acupoint catgut embedding group was significantly improved compared with western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Pathological efficiency of gastric mucosa: the comprehensive effect evaluation of pathology in four groups after treatment,The total effective rates of pathology are treatment group 93.54%,traditional Chinese medicine group 76.66%,western medicine group 34.37%,acupoint catgut embedding group 38.70%.The total effective rate of pathology in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of pathology in Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that in western medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between acupoint catgut embedding group and Western medicine group in the total effective rate of Pathology(P > 0.05).(3)Improvement of infrared skin temperature of meridians: there was no significant difference in the infrared skin temperature between the four groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),After treatment,the skin temperature of PI Shu,Wei Shu and Ren Du two meridians in the treatment group,Chinese medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),the infrared skin temperature of meridian in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05),After treatment,there was no significant difference between the Chinese medicine group and the acupoint catgut embedding group(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference in the changes of infrared skin temperature of meridians in western medicine group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).(4)Quantitative determination of serum PGI and PGII: there was no significant difference in PGI,PGII and PGR ratio among the four groups before treatment(P>0.05),After treatment the ratio of PGI and PGR in the treatment group,Chinese medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group increased significantly(P < 0.05),the ratio of PGI and PGR in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the catgut embedding group(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in PGI and PGR before and after treatment in western medicine group(P > 0.05),there was no significant change in PGII level before and after treatment in the four groups(P > 0.05).(5)The positive rate of CDX2 protein expression: there was no significant difference in the positive rate of CDX2 protein expression among the four groups before treatment(P > 0.05),After treatment the positive rate of the treatment group and the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P < 0.05),there was no difference in the positive rate of Western medicine group and acupoint catgut embedding group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Through this clinical experiment,it is found that Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively relieve the digestive tract symptoms of patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type intestinal metaplasia,Improvement of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa gland,down regulating the expression rate of CDX2 protein,up regulation of serum PGI and PGII levels,increase the infrared skin temperature of meridians and acupoints,Improve the patient's physique.Lizhong Tongluo Huazhuo decoction has the effects of warming and dispersing cold,dredging and transforming turbid collaterals,and reducing stomach adverse.It is based on the pathological mechanism of intestinal metaplasia of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type is weakness of spleen and stomach,Poison attack,stagnation of blood stasis.The focus of the treatment is treatment of deficiency of spleen and stomach,removing dampness of spleen and stomach,activating meridians and activating channels.Combining acupoint catgut embedding can dredge vein and conditioning gas machine to restore the normal circulation of the body.Make the circulation of human body smooth,normal production of viscera.The effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction is significant. |
