Clinical Observation Of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Addition And Subtraction In The Treatment Of Heart And Liver Depression Heat Type Of Children’s "Quilt-Off Syndrome"

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder addition and subtraction in the treatment of heart and liver depression heat type of"children’s quilt-off syndrome",discuss the effect of heart and liver depression heat type of"children’s quilt-off syndrome",provide the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）therapeutic method for heart and liver depression heat type of"children’s quilt-off syndrome",reduce various complications caused by"children’s quilt-off syndrome",make up for the gap in the field of treatment of"children’s quilt-off syndrome".Methods:66 children who were in accordance with heart and liver depression heat type of"children’s quilt-off syndrome"in the pediatric outpatient department（OPD）of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group.The control group only improved diet and daily life nursing,and the treatment group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder addition and subtraction on the basis of the control group,10days as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the subjects were followed up and the short-term clinical effect was evaluated.One month later,the second time was followed up and the long-term clinical effect was evaluated.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in gender,age,degree of quilt-off,pathogenic condition of quilt-off,frequency of quilt-off,total score and single score of TCM symptoms between the two groups before the intervention（P>0.05）,which was comparable.2.Overall efficacy comparison:the total effective rate of the first follow-up visit,the treatment group（36.67%）was better than that of the control group（9.67%）（P<0.05）;the total effective rate of the second follow-up visit,the treatment group（80.00%）was better than that of the control group（12.90%）（P<0.01）.And throughout the observation period,the efficacy of different degrees of quilt-off in the treatment group increased with time,and only mild quilt-off in the control group improved with time,while no significant change was observed in children with moderate or above quilt-off.3.Comparison of the frequency of quilt-off between the two groups during the observation period:the frequency of quilt-off during the two follow-up visits in the treatment group was lower than that without intervention(^●P,^●●P<0.01).In the control group,the number of decommissioning was fluctuating during the observation.At the first follow-up visit,there was no statistical difference between the two groups（^△P>0.05）.At the second follow-up visit,the improvement of the frequency of quilt-off in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(^▲▲P<0.01),and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of TCM symptoms related to heart and liver depression heat type:TCM symptoms in the two groups were improve in two follow-up visits(^●P,^●●P<0.01),the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group decreased in gradient,while those in the control group showed fluctuation.At the first follow-up visit,there was no significant difference between the two groups（^△P>0.05）,which was comparable;at the second follow-up visit,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(^▲▲P<0.01).Conclusions:the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder addition and subtraction in the treatment of heart and liver depression heat type of"children’s quilt-off syndrome"is clear.It can not only reduce the the frequency of quilt-off,but also effectively improve the related symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in children.It has the advantages of small side effects and considerable curative effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
