Objective:To study the clinical diagnostic value of intravoxel irrelevant motion diffusion weighted imaging parameters in T stage and N stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:In this study,71 patients with pathologically diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma were collected from the University Of South China Second Hospital from August 2018 to December 2019.T?N?M stage according Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma China staging 2017 edition.Each pathology is not differentiated according to its pathological classification.GE 3.0T SIGRE HDxt magnetic resonance scanner was used to complete the conventional MRI plain scan,DWI?b=0,800s/mm2?,IVIM-DWI?13 b values,b is0?10?20?30?50?80?100?150?200?300?400?600?800s/mm2?and enhancement scan.Quantitative parameters of DWIandIVIM-DWI and were measured by the post-processing software of GEAW4.6 workstation.the average ADC value?Apparent diffusion coefficient?,simple diffusion coefficient D?Diffusion Coefficient?,D*value Diffusion Coefficient From The Perfused Compartment,perfusion f?Perfusion Fraction?raction fand pseudo-diffusion coefficient were calculated three times.Analyze the differences in the levels of different parameters in each of T and N stages,the correlation of different parameters with T1,T2,T3,T4,N1,N2,and N3 stages,and thediagnostic value of different parameters in T and N stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Results:1.66 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were finally included.T1 stage 8 cases,T2 stage 23 cases,T3 stage 25 cases,There were 10 cases in stage T4,18 cases in stage N1,34 cases in stage N2,and14 cases in stage N3.2.IN the T?N stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.With the increaseing of the stage,The ADC value,D value,D*value,f value is baissering.After analysis of variance?F?,P<0.05,The difference is statistically significat.3.Correlation analysis results of ADC,D,D*,f and T,Nstage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients:r is nombre negatif,all P<0.05,The difference is statistically significat.4.ROC results:IN the T1 stage,When the ADC is 0.69×10-3mm2/s,the AUC is 0.958.When the D critical value is 0.65×10-3mm2/s,the AUC is0.918.in the N1 stage,When the ADC is 0.71×10-3mm2/s,the AUC is 1.When the D is 0.67×10-3mm2/s,the AUC is 0.961.ROC curve analysis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients at T3,T4,N2 and N3 showed that the area under the curve is less than 0.5,no diagnostic value,and the sensitivity of eath parameter is low.Conclusions:1.In the IVIM-DWI examination,the diagnostic value of ADC value and D value is higest in T1 and N1 stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.2.IVIM-DWI check the ADC,D,D*,f of the parameters with the increase of T stage and N stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients,ADC,D,D*,f and T stage and N staging showed a negative correlation.
