Objective:Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations of 314 patients with primary sj?gren's syndrome, the clinical characteristics of primary sj?gren's syndrome were summarized to streamline inspection and provide reference for individualized treatment plan for patients. Methods: The clinical manifestations and relevant auxiliary examination results of 314 patients who were diagnosed with primary sj?gren's syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospital from June 2014 to June 2019 were collected, and the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of the patients and their relationships were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: Among all the patients, there were 18 males and 296 females, with a male to female ratio of 1:16.4.The age range was 16-89 years old and the mean age was 56.99±12.53 years old.Among them, the elderly(>=60 years old)had the most patients,147(46.82%).The first clinical symptoms of PSS were complex and varied, mainly including dry mouth(48.93%),dry eyes(32.62%),joint discomfort(pain, numbness, and stiffness)(26.95%),fatigue(8.16%),and parotid gland enlargement(3.18%).Abnormal items in venous immunology examination mainly included 299 patients with ANA positive(95.22%),228 patients with anti-ro-52 antibody positive(72.61%),and 207 patients with anti-ssa antibody positive(65.92%).Other examinations: the Schimer test BUT test showed that there were 210 cases(66.88%) of binocular sj?gren's syndrome,127 cases(127 cases) of labial gland biopsy,105 cases(82.67%) of sj?gren's syndrome,155 cases of ECT salivary gland examination, and 136 cases(87.74%) of abnormality,Results of 155 PSS patients with ECT for salivary glands were still not confirmed, and 6 patients(3.87%) who needed further labial gland biopsy assisted diagnosis.Different age groups of patient clinical information for PSS is basically has:young patients with dry mouth, dry eye symptoms significantly lower than that ofmiddle-aged and elderly group(P < 0.05),and,SSB antibody resistance, anti SSA antibody,IgG check the positive rate was significantly higher than middle-aged and elderly patients(P < 0.05),the centromere antibody positive resistance between patients in three group were significant differences(P < 0.05).The relationship between different immunological antibodies and clinical data was mainly as follows: Compared with the negative group, the increase of Equivalent Series Resistance(ESR) and the increase of Theumatoid Factor(RF) are more likely to occur in patients with anti-ssb antibody positive and anti-ssa antibody positive groups, and the increase of IgG is more likely to occur in patients with anti-ro-52 antibody positive and anti-ssa antibody positive groups; The positive rates of all clinical symptoms and laboratory tests were very close in the patients who were positive in the ect-biopsy of the labial gland and the ect-test of the salivary gland, suggesting a high consistency between the results of ect-biopsy of the labial gland and the ect-test of the salivary gland.Conclusion:1.314 patients with primary sj?gren's syndrome were significantly more female than male, and the age of onset was mainly >=60 years old;2.About 96.13% of PSS patients could be confirmed by clinical symptoms, laboratory examination and ECT examination of salivary glands without lip gland biopsy;3.If patients with suspected PSS cannot be diagnosed through clinical symptoms and laboratory tests, the non-invasive ECT for salivary glands should be preferred;4.The symptoms of dry mouth and dry eyes in young patients were significantly lower than those in the middle-aged and elderly groups, while the positive rates of anti-ssa antibody,anti-ssb antibody and IgG were significantly higher than those in the middle-aged and elderly groups.
