| Objective : To elucidate the effect of Qianliexiao decoction on the differentiation of helper T cells 17(T helper 17)and regulatory T cells(regulatory T cells,Treg)in patients with damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome of type Ⅲ A prostatitis,and to provide some clinical experimental basis for the follow-up study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CP.Methods:We selected 80 patients with type IIIA prostatitis dampness-heat and stasis syndrome from our male clinic.All the patients were randomly divided into groups and numbered according to the order of admission.80 patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group.Forty patients in the group,and normal prostate fluid of 40 healthy men of the same age were selected as the normal control group.The treatment group received Qianliexiao Decoction(provided by the Department of Preparations,Ruikang Hospital,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)100ml each time.2 times;the control group took Yinhua Biyanling tablets(produced by Jilin Huakang Pharmaceutical Company Limited,Chinese medicine standard word Z19991090),4 capsules / time,3 times / day;both groups took 28 days as a course of treatment,one After the course of treatment,the effect was judged to determine the effect of the two groups.Observe the changes of NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom score,changes of WBC count in prostate fluid,IL17 A and Foxp3 in prostate massage fluid before and after treatment,and compare with the normal group.Results:In the observation group,2 patients could not be removed on time because of leaving the local area,and 1 case was eliminated because oftaking other drugs.Finally,37 cases were completed for observation;in the control group,2 cases were withdrawn due to unsatisfactory curative effects,and 38 cases were finally completed for observation.Statistical analysis of TCM syndrome score,NIH-CPSI score,prostate massage fluid WBC count,IL-17 A and Foxp3 levels before treatment in the treatment group and control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After one course of treatment,the symptom scores were compared.In the treatment group,3cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 86.49%.In 11 cases,the total effective rate was 71.05%;in comparison with the syndrome score,2 cases were cured in the treatment group,13 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 89.19%.20 cases were effective and 10 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 73.68%.After 28 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was higher,indicating that the treatment efficiency of Qianliexiao Decoction was higher than that of Yinhua Biling sheet.The clinical symptoms,EPS white blood cell count,TCM syndrome score,NIH-CPSI score,IL-17 A and Foxp3 of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.After treatment,there was a difference between the NIH-CPSI score and the TCM syndrome score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the control group was higher;IL-17 A was reduced in both groups,and Foxp3 content was increased Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of Foxp3 in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-17 A comparison between the two groups after treatment Thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in cytokine levels between the treatment group and the normal group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qianliexiao decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type ⅢA prostatitis damp heat syndrome,and can effectively control its inflammatory response,its efficacy is better than the control group.Qianliexiao decoction can reduce the expression of IL-17 A and increase the expression of Foxp3 in patients’ prostate massage fluid,which may be one of the mechanisms of its treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis damp heat syndrome. |
