Clinical Observation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Shoulbi Decoction Combined With Reasonable Tendon Manipulation In The Treatment Of Cold And Wet Type Of Frozen Shoulder Wind

Objective: on the basis of observing the treatment of tendon manipulation,to compare the clinical efficacy of the internal administration of fang shubi decoction with the internal administration of wudan capsule in the treatment of the cold and wet type of frozen shoulder wind in the chronic stage,so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the clinical application of shoulbi decoction in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:72 patients with chronic frozen shoulder wind and cold and wet were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.On the basis of manipulation therapy,the treatment group was treated with shoulbi decoction,and the control group was treated with wudan capsule.After 2weeks of continuous treatment,the pain and shoulder joint function of the two groups were evaluated by VAS and CMS before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2weeks after treatment.Finally,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was comprehensively evaluated.Results: after 1 week of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of pain improvement(P < 0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the improvement of shoulder joint function between the two groups(P >0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of pain score and shoulder function score in the two groups was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).In terms of the final efficacy comparison,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of frozen shoulder with shoulbi decoction and reasonable tendon manipulation is effective in improving the pain and shoulder joint function of patients with chronic frozen shoulder wind and cold dampness.
