Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Atopic Dermatitis By Invigorating Spleen,Nourishing Blood And Dispelling Wind

Purpose By comparing the SCORAD scores of mild to moderate deficiency of spleen and blood-dryness atopic dermatitis patients before and after treatment with Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng recipe and Runzao Zhiyang capsule,and the effect on the function of skin mechanical barrier,to observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen,nourishing blood and expelling wind on atopic dermatitis.Method The clinical data of 64 cases from Dermatology Department of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were observed and randomly divided into 2 groups,32 treatment groups and 32 control groups.In the treatment group,the traditional Chinese Medicine Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng recipe was taken internally,and in the control group,the traditional Chinese Medicine Runzao Zhiyang capsule was taken internally,two weeks of treatment as a course,continuous treatment for 4 weeks,scorad score,skin barrier(moisture,elasticity,oil,pigment),safety index and adverse reaction were observed and analyzed before and after treatment..Result1.Two weeks after treatment,SCORAD scores of two groups were compared within the group,found that the differences were statistically significant,indicating that two groups of drug treatment after two weeks can improve skin lesions;After two weeks of treatment,the scores of Scorad were compared between the two groups: p > 0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups.According to the standard of curative effect,the two groups were treated for two weeks,the control analysis,p > 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups,there was no significant difference in the total curative effect between the two drugs.2.After four weeks of treatment and two weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were analyzed.The results showed that the P values of the treatment group and the control group were both less than 0.05,the results showed that the improvement of skin lesions was more obvious at the four-week treatment than at the two-week treatment,and the scores of the two groups at the four-week treatment were statistically significant(p< 0.01),and the scores of the two groups were less,the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group at four weeks.The curative effect of the two groups after four weeks of treatment was analyzed.The curative effect of the Treatment Group was higher than that of the Control Group,and the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).3.Skin moisture,oil,elasticity and pigmentation were compared before and four weeks after treatment.Each index of the two groups was statistically analyzed before and after treatment.The P value of each index group was less than 0.05.The difference was significant.After four weeks of treatment,each value was greater than before treatment,it shows that both Jianpi Yangxue qufeng recipe and Runzao Zhiyang capsule are effective for four weeks,and the results after four weeks of treatment of each index were analyzed between groups,the differences were statistically significant,indicating that there are differences in the effects of the two drugs,the curative effect of Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng prescription is better than Runzao Zhiyang capsule.Conclusion1.Jian Pi Yang Xue Qu Feng Fang has obvious curative effect on the patients with mild and moderate spleen deficiency and blood dryness atopic dermatitis.It can improve the skin damage and repair the skin mechanical barrier of the patients with better safety.2.Runzao Zhiyang capsule is effective in the treatment of mild and moderate spleen deficiency and blood dryness atopic dermatitis.3.There was no significant difference in curative effect between Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng recipe and Runzao Zhiyang capsule in 2 weeks,and Jianpi Yangxue Qufeng Recipe had better curative effect than Runzao Zhiyang Capsule in 4 weeks.
