Professor Zhao Bingnan's Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Atopic Dermatitis With Spleen Deficiency And Blood Dryness Syndrome

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic,pruritic,recurrent,inflammatory skin disease with genetic predisposition.The main clinical manifestations of atopic dermatitis are dry skin,chronic eczema-like dermatitis,pruritus,and desquamation,it is often associated with other allergic diseases or manifestations,such as allergic rhinitis,allergic gastroenteritis,asthma,or manifested as allergic to a variety of food and contact materials.According to the research in recent years,the incidence of atopic dermatitis in China has been increasing year by year.The cause of the disease is complex and not well understood.It is widely believed that genetic,immune,environmental,infectious and dietary factors play a role in the development of Genetic predisposition,that caused the immune system to malfunction.The theory and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have obvious advantages in the diagnosis,treatment and nursing of atopic dermatitis.In this clinical observation study,the experience of Professor Zhao Bingnan,founder of traditional Chinese Dermatology Department,in treating atopic dermatitis was explored,combined with the characteristics of atopic dermatitis and previous experience in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in the undergraduate department,and the literature of modern doctors,select Jianpi Runfu decoction as the treatment of atopic dermatitis spleen deficiency and blood dryness syndrome as a systematic clinical observation.Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpi Runfu decoction in treating atopic dermatitis with spleen deficiency and blood dryness syndrome.Objective:To observe the systemic symptoms,SCORAD score,cytokine level,skin barrier index,inflammatory index,self-conscious Symptom score and safety evaluation of patients with atopic dermatitis(atopic dermatitis)with spleen deficiency and blood dryness syndrome before and after treatment,objective to evaluate the efficacy and superiority of Jianpi Runfu decoction in the treatment of blood-dryness syndrome of spleen deficiency of atopic dermatitis.Research Methods:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Runfu decoction on atopic dermatitis patients with spleen deficiency and blood dryness by self-control method.A total of 31 cases were included in this study,and Oral Jianpi Runfu decoction was given twice a day,200 ML each time for 4 weeks.Jianpi Runfu decoction to the Chinese Medicine decocting machine unified preparation,preparation source for Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation Room.To compare and analyze the curative effect before and after treatment,the symptom and sign of TCM and the improvement of inflammatory index,and to evaluate the improvement of TCM syndromes by TCM symptom score,scorad score,cytokine level,skin barrier index,VAS score of subjective symptoms,safety evaluation and so on.Results:A total of 31 patients were included in this study,including 19 males and 12 females.By comparing the scores of systemic symptoms and signs,Scorad score,cytokine level,skin barrier index,inflammatory factor level,self-conscious symptom VAS score,the observer and the patient’s general evaluation of the disease condition,etc.,it was found that the scores of systemic symptoms and signs,Scorad score,cytokine level,skin barrier index,pruritus VAS score,observer and the general evaluation of the disease were significantly improved before and after treatment(p 0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in all cases.Conclusion:Jianpi Runfu decoction is safe and effective in treating atopic dermatitis with spleen deficiency and blood dryness syndrome.At the same time,on the basis of expanding the study sample size,to do further efficacy research and observation,and to carry out animal and cell-level research,to.provide basic experimental support for the clinical application of Jianpi Runfu decoction.
