Background purpose:At present, the total number of blindness caused by cataracts in the world has exceeded 20 million, accounting for 46%of the total number of people with low vision worldwide. With the general aging of the global population, the incidence of cataracts has gradually increased, and the prevention and treatment of cataracts has become more and more urgent.Cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation is currently the most common cataract treatment in clinical practice;however, complications will occur over time after surgery, and posterior capsular opacification is still postoperative The most common long-term complication. How to effectively avoid PCO is a problem that scholars at home and abroad have been studying. With the dedication of many scholars, the increasing renewal of modern surgery and the continuous improvement of IOL,the incidence of PCO has been reduced to a certain extent, but it has not been completely prevented. How to prevent PCO in the material and design aspects of IOL is the research direction of many scholars. The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical effect of PCO after high-order aspherical IOL implantation, with a view to providing a theoretical and experimental basis for clinical treatment of cataract.Information method:A total of 79 senile cataract patients(90 eyes)who were hospitalized in the ophthalmology department of Chifeng College Affiliated Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected, including 36 males(42 eyes)and 43 females(48 eyes).Patients aged between 60 and 75 years old were divided into two groups according to the implantation of IOL.The observation group(implanted A1-UV:produced by Aibo Nord(Beijing)Medical Technology Co.,Ltd.)45 eyes,Control group(Implanted with Aqua Sense PAL:American Aaren company)45 eyes.Surgery was performed by phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation.Ophthalmologists performed regular follow-up(1 month,3 months, and 6 months after surgery),and analyzed and compared the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),incidence of postoperative PCO,corneal edema, and eyes Pressure, anterior chamber inflammation and other indicators.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender and eye classification.2.There was no statistically significant difference in age between the two groups.3.BCVA at 1 month after operation:Among the BCVA at 1 month after operation in the observation group,2 eyes were<4.5,3 eyes were 4.5-4.7,and 40 eyes were≥4.8.Compared with the control group,Z=0.263,P>0.05,The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.4.BCVA at 3 months after operation:In the BCVA at 3 months after operation in the observation group,3 eyes were<4.5,4 eyes were 4.5-4.7,38 eyes were≥4.8,compared with the control group,Z=2.476,P<0.05,two groups The difference was statistically significant.5.BCVA at 6 months after operation:6 months after BCVA in the observation group,6 eyes were<4.5,11 eyes were 4.5-4.7,28 eyes were≥4.8,compared with the control group,Z=2.333,P<0.05,two groups The difference was statistically significant.6.Incidence of PCO 1 month after surgery:The number of cases of PCO in the observation group at 1 month after operation was 45 eyes in grade 0,0 eyes in grade 1,0 eyes in grade 2,0 eyes in grade 3,and 0 eyes in grade 4.Compared with the control group,Z=0.978,P>0.05 The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.7.Incidence of PCO 3 month after surgery:The number of cases of PCO in the observation group at 3 months after operation was 41 eyes in grade 0,4 eyes in grade 1,0 eyes in grade 2,0 eyes in grade 3,and 0 eyes in grade 4.Compared with the control group,Z=0.689,P>0.05 The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.8.Incidence of PCO 6 month after surgery:The number of cases of PCO at 6 months after observation in the observation group was 34 eyes in grade 0,9 eyes in grade 1,2 eyes in grade 2,0 eyes in grade 3,0 eyes in grade 4,and the control Comparison,Z=2.074,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Cataract phacoemulsification combined with implantation of A1-UV intraocular lens is more effective in preventing PCO than implantation of Aqua Sense PAL intraocular lens.2.Compared with the implantation of Aqua Sense PAL intraocular lens, the implantation of Al-UV intraocular lens can preserve the patient’s BCVA after surgery.
